Amazing hotel fantastic and curtious, friendly and always welcoming staff. House keeping staff Maliwon was extremely efficient. The location is amazing the breakfast was amazing and the staff overall from start to finish are exceptionally professional.

Reception staff were adequate. Addison, the concierge was exceptional. Desperately trying to achieve our requests (which he did). The room cleanliness was satisfactory but you must remember with this is a fast guest turnover. There is a very very pleasant general restaurant attached.

I love coming to the mercy hotel. I always come here when visiting Bangkok. Everyone is very nice and helpful. The rooms are awesome. Clean, plenty of space and the beds are comfy and clean. Adison and top always go out there way to make sure I’m ok. Those guys are cool.

Hotel is conveniently located and the membership service is very good. Special mention as to Adison at concierge that is extremely polite and helpful to all. Provided us a daily shuttle to the station and remembers by name. My 3rd visit this year to the hotel.
