Excellent. Everything was so wonderfull. Starting with the helpful and polite Staffel. Especially the Concierge (Adison?!) who was always there with a big smile, Tips Tricks and explanations. The Rooms are spacios clean and you habe Everything you need. The hotel is in central location and nett to tourist hotspots, amusement and public Transport. Taxis are everywhere (Look for a taximeter sign and Tell the driver to use it!)

The Mercure has become my Soi 11 hotel of choice when visiting Bangkok. Rooms are clean and comfortable while the staff in the Executive Lounge - the excellent Som, Kwan and Don - always make sure to look after their guests. And with the outlets Lily Fu and El Gaucho right on the doorstep, there is no better place to rest your bones!

Very good service. This is like a second home as i come here every 2 months. Special thanks to adison and top for the amazing hospitality. The rooms and the environment is amazing. The hotel is one of the cleanest in bangkok

The room that I am staying is clean and neat. Tidy and well equipped. Servising stuff are polite and helpful. Overall excellent. Adison. The concierge stuff was quite helpful. Great stay. I will be back.

This was an excellent hotel to stay. I felt so comfortable and safe. The staff were so very helpful and thoughtful. The Concierge Adison was just wonderful. Loved the central location with plenty of great restaurants and shopping nearby. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend the Mercure Bangkok Sukhumvit 11.
