My husband and I stayed at Mercure Bangkok Sukhumvit 11 for 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were pleasantly surprised at receiving an upgrade to a 2 room suite which was fantastic. We enjoyed the clubroom for nightly cocktails and canapes and special thanks to Som, Don and Best for taking great care of us.

Noisy works right next door. No relaxing here

Works going on next door. Couldn't talk around the pool it was that loud. Mentioned it to staff who were rather abrupt with me. What can we do about it?? She said. I don't stay here again. Nice area though. Plenty going on in the vicinity of the hotel. Nice bars ect

Great hotel and great staff. Special thanks to Adison for making the stay pleasant. Hotel is situated in a really great location, just a stone throw away from various bars and clubs. Also walking distance away from Central. Would definitely be back here.

This is my 2nd visit and access to premium lounge at level 16. Mr Don and Ms Som remembered me and gave me a warm welcome. They gave me a surprise together with their colleague, a birthday cake and song, knowing it’s my birthday(from system), appreciate it a lot.. both are always attentive and friendly, making feel like home.

Great location, around all the happening bars and good connectivity to the MRT and BTS. Adison from the concierge was super helpful! He and his team helped us plan our days in Bangkok with the help of a map - we were then able to travel independently without taxis. The breakfast is also good, especially for vegetarians - there is good variety. Rooms are AMAZING and very spacious!
