The good welcome with beautiful services and good smiles from Ms. Anna & Benz in front desk recipient, also they help us with many attractive places in Bangkok, many thanks for mercury to have this professional staff to serve the customer as per Ms. Anna & Ms. Benz. Thanks mercure again .

Amazing hospitality at the Privilege Club on the 16th floor. Had booked a privilege club room for 5 nights and the stay was so satisfying. Located on the happening Soi 11 this hotel is definitely one of the best in terms of warmth and hospitality. Kwong , Som and Don of the privilege club go out of their way to make your experience worth remembering. I personally am of the opinion that the privilege club of the hotel should be promoted extensively and the Hotel might land up with Privilege Club room bookings. The stay and comfort was so pleasant that I have already booked myself again for my travel in August and the only compelling reason for me to have done so is the warmth of the Privilege Club

Recommended , great swimming pool area for a city centre hotel

We stayed in a clubroom which was spacious but poorly deigned with a large supporting column in the middle of the room. Bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet, although we requested a room on the back of the hotel away from the busy and noisy Soi 11. Many quality restaurants and bars just minutes walk away on Soi 11. The club lounge was nearly empty during most of our visits, the drinks service was therefore prompt and plentiful, but with only 2 members of staff available , I wonder if they could cope should the lounge be at capacity. The swimming pool is the highlight of this hotel, a large area with plenty of seats, day beds and sun beds to choose from and sun on the pool from mid morning to late afternoon, although you may have to move your position around the pool should want to sunbathe all day.

Great location, staff and experience. After a long flight, I had a wonderful check in experience with the help of Bombay who was efficient and friendly! The location of the hotel is central, and the rooms were clean. My stay was really pleasant, and I’d definitely stay again. Special thanks to Bombay once again for the amazing customer service 😀

Back in Bangkok this month June, I stayed at Mercure Soi 11, my favorite four-star hotel. I was greeted by Ms. MJ at the hotel’s front desk. The check-in was quick, smooth and seamless. As Accor Plus All Silver member, I was greeted with a choice of welcome drink and warm comfy smiles from the whole team. Many thanks to the concierge team specially Adison and Top for their knowledge and efficiency. MJ an enthusiastic active member at the reception was more than kind who upgraded me to a large and spacious Privilege room with all its amenities.
