No access to sky bar and pool during the evening

The location of the hotel is good for quick access to main highway in and out of Bangkok. It is a short walk to Nana station. Rooms are basic. Big disappointment was that we had no access to the sky bar and pool area during the evening over the two weekends we staid at the hotel as it had been rented out to privet party.

However, we would like to clarify that our hotel provides a variety of alternative dining options. Guests can enjoy meals at our Food Exchange all-day dining restaurant, which serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Additionally, our pool bar and swimming pool were operating as per normal hours, and we also offer an in-room dining experience, ensuring multiple choices for our guests. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please rest assured that guest stays, and other hotel facilities were operating as usual. We hope our guests understand that, as an establishment, we aim to maximize business opportunities while also providing a range of dining options for our guest's convenience. Perfect price perfect French style so how can you go wrong with a breakfast buffet that serves mango and passionfruit jam with a perfect croissant. Thai French fusion food and everything a solo traveller could ever need to hand. And a shout out to Takke who took smiling good care in her work. All the staff just make you feel welcome and at home. A safe go to easy stay.

It is always my best hotel in Bangkok when I’m come (and I come every 1-2 month) The staff is so nice and everything is always done in anticipated way… It’s a real pleasure to stay in this hotel well situated, near the BTS, where we can go everywhere in Bangkok with. I’m happy to come back soon

Great stay, excellent staff. Fab customer service especially Kra-Tae (housekeeping) and Ray (Concierge desk). Both went over and above in their duties. Kra-Tae kept the room very clean, was a pleasure to return to such a room. Ray helped me with my issue in allowing me to visit the place as requested. Busy area but really enjoyed my stay there.

Kra-Tae was excellent in the way she left the room clean and all Amenities were kept full, she has an eye for detail and was very helpful when asked for advise. I will highly recommend Novotel Soi 4 For a great and comfortable stay. Extra towels were left upon request. I would rate Kra-Tae a 10/10
