My housekeeper Kra-Tae at Novotel Sukhumvit 4 during my recent stay

During my 10 day stay in December 2024 at Novotel Sukhumvit 4 In Bangkok. My housekeeper for the room I was in during the day was named Kra-Tae, She was wonderful, always cheerful, helpful, and very professional. She is a member of a wonderful staff at Novotel Sukhumvit 4. Novotel Sukhumvit 4 It’s always my home away from home when I’m in Bangkok, I have stayed there at least twice a year for the last five years and I’ve never been disappointed.

The hotel is on prime location with quick access to BTS Nana. Room was very nice and clean. They always serve me with excellent service here. Thanks to Ploy the lady who recognize me since I came to check-in. Overall, worth to stay & I will definitely come back.

Well positioned hotel, with great facilities. Room was nice and clean. On the 25th floor with fantastic pool bar and views of Bangkok. Thanks for Jaa ( night manager) and Toey (night concierge) helped me for the luggages and plan my day of sight seeing. I would recommend this hotel and will be back soon.

Ploy and Vee are excellent staffs to help. Wonderful stay here.Very nice stay here Highly recommend 👌 for visitors Breakfast is also versatile ASIA soups warm our stomachs. It's really good stay except out sided is too noisy by so many pubs are surrounded.

Good Service Good foods .To day have papaya pok pok by Chef Rosrin was cooking many dishes that amazing delicious!!!! Her told me all this foods don’t put mono sodium glutamate that it is healthy food …. Thanks you Head of chef Tony and chef Rosrin and your team…
