My room was very comfortable. It was good that the air-con had been turned on before I checked in. The bed was large and comfortable. Reception staff were very good and helpful. The Concierges, Mr. Ekk and Mr. Ray were very pleasant and helpful when I had a few questions. Several days before I checked in, it was good to receive emails confirming my booking and confirming my Airport pickup by the hotel car. The buffet breakfast was very good with plenty of variety to choose from. On arrival at the restaurant, it was very good to be shown to my seat by Pop. Pop was very polite and helpful. Overall a very pleasant stay in the hotel and I shall be back in June

Excellent service from all staff especially Jarm, Tuk in the restaurant and the outside man helping us get in and out with our car. One small gripe- the hot water is not quite hot enough. The front office staff are all very good and helpful and remember me! A very good 4* hotel

Look, I should have done my research… and in case you haven’t either, just know that this hotel is on Soi 4 which a quick google search (which I didn’t do) will tell you the street is full of girl bars. This was difficult as I was travelling as a solo female for work. So not an ideal choice. Hence the low rating. In saying that, the hotel is in a great location for the sky train, and the brekkie buffet is a reasonable price (~$25 AUD). Be aware that the pool closes at 6pm!!! They turn it into a rooftop bar. This was very disappointing as I was hoping to be able to dip into the pool after a long day at work…. So for the location and the pool closed in the evening, I personally wouldn’t stay here again.

Please note that our pool operation hours are between 07:00-18:00, but during the evening hours, the pool area transforms into a lively cocktail bar open until 01:00 am. Having never been to Thailand before I stayed here, I don't have a benchmark for comparison, but everything here has been great. The rooms are clean and tidy, the food is consistently good and the staff are all fantastic. The location is great, just a short walk to Nana station I suppose the ultimate review question is "Would you stay there again"? The answer in my case is a resounding "Yes". In fact, I've already booked to stay here again.

The Ibis Styles Sukhumvit 4 is a great hotel to stay at! The staff was friendly and professional. It's centrally located, close to everything, is clean, quiet, but most importantly the people who work here are amazing! My reservation came with the free daily breakfast buffet on the 6th floor overlooking the front street. the buffet always had great food with a diverse selection which changes daily. The two hostesses, Joopjaing and Eve should be rewarded for the goodwill they build daily. They work hard greeting, seating, cleaning, stocking, all while remaining friendly and professional. The rooftop bar and restaurant was a relaxing place to end the day. I used the gym daily and it was always clean and well maintained. And from my one week stay I could tell the entire hotel staff was professionally managed and trained. And a big thank you to Ben who cleaned my room everyday and went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed. If you you don't own ACCOR stock, the parent company, time to buy some shares.
