Добрый день всем! хочется поделиться впечатлениями от проживания в этом отеле. Из плюсов - в номере есть стиральная машина, тостер, кофеварка, плита, то есть это апартаменты для тех, кто хочет готовить самостоятельно, но, приезжая отдыхать на 7 дней, этого не надо. Самое ужасное, это то, что в номере бегают тараканы. У нас был первый этаж , не знаю, как на других этажах. второй большой минус- негде сушить одежду. так называемая сушилка - это смешное подобие оной, поэтому развешивали на всем - на креслах, торшере, дверях. Наш холодильник издавал какие-то несусветные звуки что ночью даже просыпались от этого. По поводу кухни- персонал весь это индусы, поэтому кухня индийская, ассортимент бедный, если ехать с детьми, им вообще нечего есть, кроме омлета и сосисек. То же и к взрослым относится. Если вы любитель острых блюд, то может вам зайдет. Местоположение - недалеко от аэропорта, вечером выбираться некуда, даже до метро по жаре 1,5 км не пойдешь, брали такси. Пишут про транфер до пляжа, но надо записываться, когда приходит много народу, приходится ждать пока не отвезут первую партию. Кстати пляж платный, вход 5 дирхам, но нужна карта, наличка не пройдет, имейте это в виду. Персонал говорит только на английском, это к тому, что вы должны на нем разговаривать или пользоваться переводчиками. Самое неприятное нас ожидало в последний день. Номер надо освободить в 12 часов дня, а самолет был у нас ночью, трансфер должен был забрать нас в 10 вечера. Мы хотели оставить вещи на ресепшене до вечера, а самим пойти гулять в город , но нам отказали категорически, пришлось брать такси до аэропорта и оставить вещи в камере хранения аэропорта, что нам обошлось недешево. То есть все впечатления от отдыха были испорчены таким отношениям к своим клиентам. Короче отель на тройку

Хороший отель!!! Отличный сервис, отличное обслуживание номеров!!! Не далеко от моря, есть трансфер на пляж Al Mamzar и ТЦ City Centre Deira. Огромная благодарность персоналу отеля, особенно Rameez и Darshi!!! Отдыхала здесь не один раз, все супер!!! Очень скучаю!!! Stayed at this hotel 4 times. Very good hotel, excellent service!
