Hotel tranquilo,situado cerca de la parada de metro al rigga,perfecto si se vá a utilizar este medio de transporte. El personal del hotel muy amable. Agua y cafe/infusiones en la habitación. La comida del restaurante del hotel muy rica y abundante.

En general fue una estancia muy agradable, nos gustó mucho la limpieza y la atención del personal, únicamente creo que deberían responder un poco más rápido los correos, ya que al haber tardado en contestar a mi correo me vi obligada a pagar otra reserva adicional, debido a un cambio de fechas de mi vuelo, y sigo esperando el reembolso de la misma.

Estuvimos en este hotel en octubre, lo reservamos por su excelente ubicación y porque ya nos hemos alojado anteriormente en hoteles de la cadena IBIS. El personal de limpieza es estupendo, nosotros tuvimos la suerte de conocer a Devraj, que nos atendió con mucha amabilidad y estuvo pendiente de cada detalle. Por otro lado, lo único que me gustaría es que mejorase el tiempo de respuesta de los correos, ya que el departamento de reservas tardó en contestar a mis correos, de modo que tuve que reservar una noche adicional por un cambio de fechas de mi vuelo, sin embargo aunque tardaron, pudieron cambiar la reserva sin coste adicional, y se comprometieron a reembolsarla. Volveremos a alojarnos en la cadena IBIS. Gracias
