The location is nice adjacent to the mall. The hotel has Excellent Service. The staff was quite friendly. The housekeeping provided by Attijani was great. He was very good in keeping the apartment clean and nice.

Not as good as it was

The hotel apartments are not as good as they used to be. My room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, eventually I was given another room but it was an inconvenience. Also the apartments have been reclassified, a decent sized room now costs extra and has been changed to premium or deluxe, previously I stayed in that room and was expecting the same when I returned on this occasion.

My man Susman made our beds everyday and did with a smile. He was wonderful and took great care of us. He is just one of the great employees here at Swissotel Al Ghurair. It made my stay here very comfortable and homey. I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent stay in Dubai

Excellent hotel in Deira. The hotel is on the top of a decent sized mall hence access to food and shopping is very good. Hotel itself is very clean, the fragrance in the lobby is amazing. Rooms in the living portion is large with all amenities like hot plates, utensils, washing machine, large balcony overlooking the Dubai airport.
