The Food in Restaurant Solo was very good. We had salmon and Chicken.. perfect. The waitress was Niha and she did a great job : service. The chocolate ice cream taste fantastic. We had a great time and don’t forget to taste the mock tails - fantastic

Still here for 3 more nights but great so far!

Great room and housekeeping by Hemze, 5 nights in and enjoying all the amenities especially the Italian restaurant SOLO as it never disappoints and Neha offered impeccable service alongside a very engaging and accommodating Manager. Looking forward to the rest of our 10 night stay. Club lounge is well organised and tend to you well. Location is within easy access to the metro, airport and taxis are easy to get with good main road access to all areas. The only thing is the road but that is also an advantage. Balcony view is ok but I believe the skyline room options may be worth looking at when staying.

I had an amazing, unique and fantastic experience. Everything was perfect. Even on the days I stayed alone, I felt taken care of more than anywhere else. I‘d like also to thank Irene for her hostility and kindness, she has been outstandingly kind and caring. Thank you so much raffles, my first visit to Dubai could not have been better!

I spent a week with my sister staying at Raffles Dubai during Ramadan, and it was such a wonderful experience. Upon arrival at the hotel around 9am, we were greeted warmly by Wilson who offered to help us with our luggage. Since the check-in time was 3pm, we were pleasantly surprised when Hazel the receptionist arranged a room for us on the spot. She even upgraded us to a room with skyline view! During our stay, we had a lot of help from the chief concierge Sandeep who went above and beyond to help organised a trip to Abu Dhabi for us with very short notice. We had such a smooth trip and are so thankful for his help. All the staff we met at the hotel were so lovely and helpful. There were a few minor issues during our stay and they were addressed and resolved promptly. We can tell they are well-trained from their professionalism and exceptional service. In addition to Wilson, Hazel and Sandeep, I would also like to thank the staff at Azur, Raffles Salon, Raffles Spa, and the club lounge team for a truly delightful stay.
