We absolutely loved this gorgeous hotel!! From arriving at the beautiful lobby until checkout, our stay was perfect. This was the last stop of our honeymoon and it did not disappoint. Everything about the hotel was 5 stars, from the service to the food. The breakfast buffet at cafe Azur was to die for. They had every type of food you could imagine and it was all top notch. We met Chef Abubakar and complimented him and the staff on the superb quality of the food, and he was so lovely to talk to. He also remembered me the next day and went out of his way to make me feel like a valued and special guest, which was very moving. (This is the kind of hospitality you don’t find in the USA.) Big thanks to Chef Abubakar and the rest of the hard working kitchen/restaurant staff. It’s hospitality like this that really makes a stay memorable and makes us want to come back. We ordered room service one day as well and the food was excellent. The rooms were clean and spacious, and we enjoyed the Egyptian style theme throughout the hotel. Having a huge closet to store our luggage and hang up clothes was nice and we enjoyed the jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. Very beautiful architecture and design. This Raffles hotel definitely deserves its 5 star rating and for the price, you can’t beat it. The pool was beautiful and the cocktails at the swim up bar were delicious, the bartenders were friendly and everyone at the pool gave us great service. The menu has a huge selection of drinks and food to choose from. Unfortunately we didn’t get to try all the restaurants (there are several!) but the menus looked amazing and the prices are good for a 5 star hotel. I honestly enjoyed the peacefulness of the location and it was a short drive into the city center, also close to the monorail. It’s also connected to a mall with a decent selection (slightly older mall but way less crowded!) it’s also very close to the airport which was convenient. The door men are lovely and are always ready to assist and open the car door for you when coming or going anywhere, which is another appreciated touch. We will definitely stay here again- thank you Raffles Dubai staff for your continued excellent service and hospitality. Highly, highly recommend!!

One of my favourite hotels. The hotel recognised that we had stayed several times before and they always leave a little treat in there room for the kids. New pool area is brilliant. Italian restaurant great. My only wish is that the afternoon tea club room sandwiches would improve. We have stayed at the Sofitel obelisk and their afternoon tea is amazing. Other than that we still love Raffles

What can I say our trip to Dubai and our stay in the Raffles Dubai was absolutely amazing. The staff were first class the room was fantastic. So close to the metro and easy to get to anywhere you wish to visit. Sandeep our concierge was very helpful and a fantastic help. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Fantastic location with easy network transport - metro to all areas of interest. This hotel is excellent with great facilities, beautiful rooms and the beds and pillows are to die for never slept as well ! The food is excellent with breakfast having fantastic choice. A shout out to Sandeep at concierge who was so so helpful throughout the visit. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely be back !

Family birthday celebrations at Solo Restaurant

We were there to celebrate my wife's birthday at the Solo restaurant and were truly satisfied by not only great food but also the hospitality of the restaurant staff comprising of Saurabh, Nikhil, Karl Theeksana. They not only took care of our dietary needs and suggested the right dishes but also made the occasion special and memorable at the end. We loved the pasta on wheel, the buratta cheese salad with the wine pairing and the breads. We look forward to have many more special moments at Solo.
