Santosh and sunita did a great job with the room service. Everything was perfectly clean and organised. They even picked clothes laying on the ground and put them up on the chairs. I highly recommend

Huge thanks to Dwi for one of the best massages I’ve had. She was very attentive to my needs and managed to work out all the tension in my shoulders with the perfect amount of pressure. She is clearly very experienced and professional. I’ll definitely be rebooking!

Amazing experience at Sofitel Spa with L’Occitane. The atmosphere was calm and luxurious. Special thanks to Ann at the reception for the warm welcome and to Tati, the therapist, for an exceptional and relaxing treatment. Highly recommended!
