We came to Dubai and initially stayed in one of the top rated (tripadvisor) hotels. We didn’t like it, and after staying here on business, knowing it’s good here, I switched hotel and came here. My only regret is not booking here in the first place because it’s brilliant! Every member of staff is 5-star. Polite, friendly, helpful. The decor is exceptional. The vibe of the entire place makes it feel like you’re on holiday, and not necessarily in a city either. The pool area, Soleil, is brilliant. Sun all day, all year around, without shade, and always loungers available. Every meal we had, in every one of the restaurants (poolside included) was genuinely exceptional too. Vima in the Nine made it feel like home from home - a truly exceptional member of the team here. Great place that is run impeccably. Thank you!

Had a wonderful 60-minute massage here today The spa is beautiful, clean, and very peaceful The staff are professional and the treatment was one of the best I've had in a long time. Great value for the quality of service provided. 5 stars.

Best staff ever! Travelling with a baby from Italy. We were welcomed like kings, and everything was made perfect especially by Hossain, who was truly helpful and very kind. Will be back for sure. The hotel room was also great and the position is good to go to the airport in ten minutes
