I love this beautiful hotel so easy to access to metro near to the airport. The room is huge and clean. The food is delicious a lot of variety. Pool is nice and the kids club my kids they enjoy too much they don't want to leave. They love Maria is a big help for them.

This was our fourth stay here and we weren’t disappointed. We experienced high winds so no parasols by the pool but we rented a cabana on one day which was great value and kept us shaded when we needed it. The service by the pool was excellent as usual and big thank you to Faisan and nice to see he has been promoted. Nazmul was also great and looked after us well. The only issue was confusion about how much free water you’re allowed which was a change of policy. We were told only one small bottle per person but we were given a few more when we asked. Worth bearing in mind though. The room was lovely and the beds are so comfortable. Club millesime was great too. Yes, the breakfast service is a little slower than in the main restaurant but we enjoyed a more laid back experience. Nisha looked after us so well. She is a little superstar because a couple of mornings she was on her own trying to cope with a busy service and she never stopped smiling and did her very best to keep everything going. Sofitel needs to review staffing levels and not just leave one person on their own. In the evenings the quality of the canapés was excellent and thank you to Pryanka and Isabella for looking after us. It was lovely to see Armam again very briefly before he went off on holiday. I would definitely recommend the upgrade. It was lovely to see Mark who has moved from the pool team over to The Nine. Thank you again for a lovely stay. We will be back.

Can’t really fault anything, any problems I had were dealt with and satisfied beyond expectation. Would come back in a heart beat, looking to revisit soon hopefully for longer next time. Surprised on just how much you felt you were getting value for money

We have had the most amazing stay at this hotel. The service has been excellent, the staff are so friendly and attentive. The cleanliness in this hotel is faultless. I would highly recommend this hotel and I would most definitely return. This has been my best holiday to date!

We reserved two rooms at Sofitel and specifically requested connecting rooms about two weeks prior to our stay. However, upon checking in, we were informed that we couldn’t be on the same floor due to a lack of availability, indicating that our request was overlooked and reflecting a lack of attention to detail. The rooms were decent, typical of a basic 5-star hotel. We booked the Club Millésime, which was satisfactory, although the pastries were quite nice. The food in both restaurants was enjoyable, but I felt that the fish at the French restaurant was overpriced. Overall, the experience didn’t feel luxurious; it was more akin to a 4-star establishment.
