Excellent stay great hotel and good city view from the check in- checkout every thing is good but specially excellent service for laundry and housekeeping. Specially laundry valet Adeel given good service and take extra care our clothes.he is very friendly and very helpful.

Just home from our third stay at this amazing hotel. The service here is so good you can’t fault it. A massive thanks from us in room 2805 to Ahmed, Raju, Satish, Sabina, Narayan and Renuka at breakfast. They make us feel so welcome. Sabina even remembered our room number on the last morning!!! Round the pool it was great to see Ravi, Mark and Faisan again. They are so efficient and really make the experience by the pool so enjoyable. My only disappointment is that despite this being our third visit we still have not managed to get a view of downtown Dubai. In fact room 2805 doesn’t have the floor to ceiling windows we had in previous rooms. Hopefully next time.

We booked this stay for our in laws and as always ,everything is incredible from start to finish . From the valet guys ,the cleanliness of the hotel ,the amazing room and outstanding food .
