I have written to the hotel twice about my forgotten toilet bag but have not gotten any answer at all. I also discovered I was charged for the room at checkout despite having prepaid the room. Is see these experiences as an example of bad management and bad control

have been coming here on a regularly basis since 2011. What brings me here ? It is the authentic service particularly at the bar where Mr. Daami is the competent face and friendly person you need in these hectic days. Keep it up!

Nice cosy and convenient hotel until it’s time to check out. Very long line with only 2 employees working. It’s shame which brought my rating down to 3 stars.

Here for a conference, and this is the perfect location ... walking distance from airport & the Messe. great breakfast, clean and quiet rooms and a good night sleep

Great hotel if you get in the Stuttgart or have early flight the next day

We flew in from Morroco late last evening about 2230 and were really tired. The hotel is literally across the street from the airport. Great location, very, very clean, and great customer service. Very quiet hotel, great sleeping. Breakfast is great.
