There’s a good breakfast. Reasonable room. Very bad service. I had to do a late check out, but they didn’t accept it. I paid an extra full night to leave at 7:00 p.m. and they didn’t clean the room, claiming that it would be a home check out. When complaining at the reception, they kept the same statement, even presenting the receipt. Even an apology.

I spent one night in the hotel as I missed my flight and was given one free night in it. On check-in, the queue was very long as there was only one employee at the counter as the time was around midnight and many passengers has cancelled flights and were transferred to the hotel. However, I need to thank Mr. Michael Harnisch who was the officer helping us with the check in for his support and help. Despite the late time, he kept on smiling and tried to help everyone. The breakfast is very rich and delicious.

As I usually have an overnight stay at FRA airport only, I try to book a hotel next to the airport, but this time almost everything was sold out, so that‘s why I decided to stay at the Mövenpick hotel next to the trade fair. Check in was quickly done, but I was not offered a welcome drink, which I am entitled to due to my membership of their loyalty program. Once in the room, I could have a good rest, as inside it was very quiet without any noise from the streets or adjacent rooms. The room was good in size, had a comfortable bed and was clean, except the area, where the antiquated kettle (base fixed on a white tray) was standing on a piece of glass with dirt and dust underneath. Nevertheless I would choose this hotel again in the future.

Checked out on the morning of 10/11. Very rude front desk staff with no manners at all- threw my credit card and receipt on the table- they don’t even know how to say ‘thank you’ after a guest stays with them. First and last time with Movenpick Frankfurt.

It’s a terrible hotel , terrible service and bad value of money the only good thing worth mentioning is the good location Next to Messe and subway The reception desk and check in are rude and not professional , breakfast options and cleanliness are terrible in addition to the service every one staying in the hotel was complaining . The rooms aren’t clean as well especially the toilets. Besides all of that the hotel isn’t cheap never going to stay in this hotel again and not recommended.
