No geral, a estadia foi boa. Recepcionistas atenciosos e gentis. O ar-condicionado do quarto não estava funcionando bem e não foram disponibilizadas toalhas de rosto.

A disappointing visit

This was rather a disappointing visit. We had received no information about the changes being made to the hotel and arrived to find it covered in scaffolding. On our first evening a notice was put in the lift apologising in advance for a lack of hot water the following day from 9am until 7pm. There were no further notices or apologies when hot water was unavailable the next morning and had still not been restored by the time we checked out later that morning. When we arrived the sofa in our room had been made into a bed. I asked at Reception if Housekeeping could turn it back to a sofa the following morning and was very impressed when the receptionist offered to do it himself straight away. Thank you.

Really good located at the river Main, about 10 Minutes walk from the Hauptbahnhof (Central Rail Station). The family room we had was spacious and quiet. The price was fair. I recommend this hotel if you need an accomodation before a flight from Frankfurt Airport.

We booked this hotel only because they had an on-site parking. When we arrived we found out that the parking is under renovation (there was nothing mentioned on the hotel’s website about it, otherwise we would have never booked it). We were staying for one night with check-in at noon, only to be woken up by room service at 08:00 am while we were still sleeping. I mean isn’t it logical to tide the room after guests checked out when they are only staying for one night???
