Quando chegamos o senhor insistia que não tinha a nossa reserva mesmo olhando para tudo confirmado e. pago na aplicação. No quarto faltava uma toalha e. uma almofada, que pedi e. não chegou, o meu marido dormiu sem almofada. Em todas as vezes que queriamos entrar no quarto as chaves não funcionaram e. tinhamos de voltar a subir para que alguem viesse. a cama dos miudos foi feita num sofa que não tinha como prender os lençois pelo que os lencois estavam apenas pousados na cama e. sempre que se mexiam caiam.

Serviço padrão rede Accor, isso sempre confiável e bom! Negativo: No checkin tive que esperar 70 minutos na enorme fila de espera com somente um funcionário na recepção e isso em pleno feriado numa sexta-feira! Assim não dá!
