Pro buona posizione per la vicinanza alla fiera Contro camere fredde piumone singolo scomodissimo ed assenza di un lenzuolo di sopra welcome drink troppo povero personale alla reception freddo, distaccato e lento check-in e check-out senza nessuna corsia preferenziale per i partner gold

Non venivo in questo albergo da due anni, lo ricordavo come un buon albergo business, ho invece trovato un albergo molto differente rispetto agli scorsi anni. Aldilà delle difficoltà avute con la prenotazione, che nonostante fosse prepagata, la stanza non c’era e dopo lunghe trattative si é trovata una soluzione. La cosa che più mi ha colpito è stata la trascuratezza dell’albergo, la sporcizia della camera, asciugamani bucati, il wc lurido (di cui allego foto) l’odore sgradevole in camera, in generale la scarsissima qualità. Poco personale, che faceva quello che poteva, un servizio decisamente molto sottotono. Anche all’esterno dell’albergo, bottiglie di birra vicino all’entrata che sono rimaste lì per mezza giornate, i portacenere pieni… sinceramente non ci tornerò più e non lo consiglio.

Hotel bello a 2 minuti dall'ingresso della Fiera. Prezzi alti ma nella media considerando posizione ottima e periodo. C'è ristorante interno con buffet a prezzo fisso oppure menu à la carte. Ottimo il buffet della colazione. Camere pulite e silenziose. A parte qualche difficoltà nella gestione della temperatura, nel complesso il soggiorno è stato piacevole.

La posizione dell'Hotel comoda consente di visitare la città senza grandi spostamenti sia in Taxi (circa 10€ per la zona centralissima dove fanno i mercatini) sia in metro ma volendo anche a piedi. Il personale è molto gentile ed attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Le camere sono comode, spaziose, belle e ben climatizzate. Ottima sia la colazione che il ristorante. La sera è anche piacevole bere qualcosa nella zona bar.

Struttura favolosa, calda e accogliente, personale ugualmente e soprattutto parlano tutte le lingue, non sempre è così. Camere impeccabili, grandi spaziose e pulite. Unica pecca i cuscini troppo sottili! Colazione ampia e varia, più proiettata sul salato ma comunque dolci a sufficienza.
