Hotel di ottima qualità e ben organizzato, la posizione per chi deve andare in fiera nei padiglioni 8-9-10 è ottima. L’hotel offre una colazione ottima e la sera si può anche cenare. Unica cosa che avrei voluto in più sarebbe stata la doccia classica e non dentro alla vasca da bagno, in quanto così risulta scomoda e pericolosa.

Buongiorno Novotel. Il mio soggiorno presso di voi è stato molto soddisfacente ma quanto accaduto l'ultimo giorno mi ha infastidito. Ho fatto colazione alle 06:30 per poi effettuare il check-out alle 08:00. Ho chiesto al ragazzo della reception se avessi potuto prendere un caffè nonostante la colazione già effettuata e lui mi ha dato l'ok. Arrivato alla sala breakfast ho chiesto ulteriore conferma all'addetta alle colazioni e la signora mi ha chiesto 3€ per un espresso. Perdersi per soli 3€ è davvero una sciocchezza...

Albergo solo comodo per andare in fiera ma per il resto pochi servizi , no acqua disponibile nel frigobar ma nel distributore automatico nella lobby

You already discovered our 24/7 kiosk in the lobby, where guests can purchase drinks and snacks at any time. We understand that having water directly in the minibar would be a convenient option, but as a standard, it is not included in the rooms. Additionally, we’d like to mention that the tap water in Frankfurt is of high drinking quality and meets all safety standards. cortesia del personale, ottima posizione, ottima colazione, unica pecca la moquette sporca e piena di polvere. In alcuni punti anche macchiata. Ottima idea l'area giochi per bambini.
