We are pleased to hear that you appreciated the quiet atmosphere of our apartments and the complimentary water provided during your stay. We understand that the housekeeping concept of an aparthotel may differ from what some guests are used to in a traditional hotel. For this reason, we clearly indicate on all booking platforms that weekly housekeeping is provided for stays of 8 nights or longer, and our team also explains these arrangements during check-in. At the same time, guests who would like additional cleaning during their stay are welcome to book this service at any time for an additional fee. Regarding parking, we understand your concerns about the cost. Please note that the parking garage is operated by an external provider, and therefore we have no influence on its prices or billing structure. As an alternative, free on-street parking can sometimes be found in the surrounding area, although availability naturally depends on demand and often requires a bit of patience and luck.
