The reception team need to buck up their follow ups! Inspite of complaining regarding the bathroom drainage getting flooded noth

Rooms were quite nice, the restaurant staff attentive but the reception team member Yelize was informed about our bathroom drainage getting flooded but no action was taken & they expect the guests to pay a fine of approximate 250 euros if the water flows on the carpet from the bathroom cubicle! Not appreciated at all!

Needed just 1 night before flight in the a.m. Nothing around the hotel. We walked a few km. The room was very basic. The restaurant food was decent. The hotel front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. The restaurant wait staff were attentive. Meal was ok, burger was prepared well, veal Zurich was deliciously tender. Transport was timely.

we were there for new years eve and spent 2 nights. the hotel is nice with spacious rooms extremely clean and great breakfast and dinner too. The staff very friendly and they would answer to any questions we had during our holiday. I recommend it for your stay.

Its best hotel we stayed in zurich. Its very clean and giving excelent breakfast. Very friendly hotel stuff. Also its very close to Ubahn. It takes 5-10 minutes from hotel. Also uber takes 30 franks to downtown. If you compare the hotel price absolutly it best place to stay at Zurich.

The hotel’s facilities were excellent and modern, the staff were courteous and the room service was satisfactory and helpful at everything we asked for. The breakfast was rich. I recommend it to everyone!
