We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It has a unique and creative vibe that made it feel special. Our room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved the sauna on the top floor. The staff were all very helpful and accommodating. The location was also very good: a little outside the center, but very easy to reach by tram in just a few minutes. Would definitely recommend it!

Good location with an excellent bar and amazing breakfast (one of the best I have seen). I did not like the deco and the fact that the bedroom windows opens onto an inside patio without fresh air. Excellent healthy bathroom amenities. Top service from the staff.

Loved my stay in the hotel. The design is unique, the attention to details is really high and would go back soon. I particularly enjoy the breakfast, location near the Tram and the staff. Honestly you can go there with your eyes closed. You will love it.

In some 4 decades thiz hotel was one of the worst places I stayed for business wotldwide, definitely the worst in CH. The front desk left out no occasion to display limited competence, if not worse. The room was not maintained during our stay at all. It neddes serveral atrrmpts until the hotel was able to provide a set of two simmultaneously working room keys for me and my wife. At check out, the front desk could not produce a correct paper receipt without massive help of the customer. The manager was all but customer oriented and definitely not among the more capable ones, yet rather arrogant. The only positive point was the personnel at the breakfast buffet. It is really good to have a choice for future occasions. Perhaps the world wouldn't really miss 25h, unless substantial improvements will be implemented.

I had a wonderful stay at 25HH Zürich West! The reception team was highly professional, friendly, and extremely helpful, making my experience unforgettable. Special thanks to Saverio for the great taking-care service. The room was fantastic—well-designed with unique decorations, offering both comfort and cleanliness, plus a lovely view. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options. The breakfast team was warm and welcoming, adding to the overall great atmosphere. Thank you for such a memorable stay!
