酒店在客人离店后 从酒店预留的信用卡扣除不存在的费用，电话沟通后 说扣错了，很难想象一家酒店 随便把别人的费用（或者根本是借口）从另一个客户的信用卡扣除，而且 这些费用 如果真实存在 也应该在我帮你离店手续时候 签字确认，否则 怎么能随便扣费呢？？如果我不主动发现追诉，可能也就这么被扣了。希望酒店彻查这种行为。

前台服务不错，位置好，隔壁就是coop超市。 房间太冷了 空调没有用 开到最暖还是出冷风；非常潮湿，被子床单都是湿冷的，不得不穿着衣服盖着浴袍睡觉。没有水，没有咖啡机，热水壶等任何电器；早上没有热水。
