We stayed here for one night as we were going to a concert. When we arrived check in was via a tablet on a shelf and unfortunately the one receptionist was having problems with the guest in front so we waited ages to check in. When we finally got served it would have been nice to get an apology for having to wait so long but nothing. The room was clean and actually looked like it had been recently refurbished but it was tiny, we actually said to another guest that the lift was bigger than our room. I know that it's a budget hotel but it would have been nice to have had a chair, bedside table or even anywhere to sit apart from the bed.

Stayed the night to watch a gig and was amazed at the sheer quality of the room/hotel for such a small price. We will definitely use Ibis budge hotels again for an affordable stay that does not lack any of the quality one would assume for said price.

En general todo estaba perfecto volveré a repetir la experiencia porque tiene todo lo que deseas productos de aseo ropa de cama limpia y cambiada a diario el restaurante increíble no le pongo nada negativo porque todo en general me pareció muy bien muy limpio muy amable el personal

Zimmer sind ganz okay. Mal ist der roomservice in Ordnung mal nicht. Keine Toilettenbürste im WC. Jeden Tag gleiches Frühstück, aber man kann es essen. Der Service in der lobby ist eigentlich recht freundlich und hilfsbereit. Burger und Pizza im hotel sind relativ gut.

Dom Voyage solo - Avis confirmés ALL

Personnel inégal en termes d'accueil et de sympathie. Chambre très petite et minimaliste mais propre et bien organisée. L'isolation est très mauvaise tant vis-à-vis du couloir et des autres chambres que de l'extérieur (et St Mary's Gate est "le périphérique de Shedfield" ! ) donc j'ai très très mal dormi malgré l'excellent matelas. Étonnant pour un immeuble aussi récent... Le ménage n'est pas fait tous les jours, ce qui veut dire des serviettes encore légèrement humides lors de l'utilisation le lendemain mais surtout la seule minuscule poubelle qui déborde et le manque de sachets de thé ! L'hôtel annonce un parking mais, attention, c'est un parking public assez éloigné qui vous sera proposé. Enfin, ma carte de fidélité n'a pas été reconnue au moment de la réservation en ligne mais la personne à l'accueil lors de mon arrivée m'a dit, en très mauvais anglais, qu'elle ne pouvait rien y faire...
