L'hotel offre tutti i confort di una fascia medio-alta. I prezzi della camera a notte, anche rapportati agli standard del Lussemburgo, farebbero desiderare qualcosa in più (ad esempio ciabatte di cortesia, dentifricio). Alcuni miei colleghi hanno lamentato la poca insonorizzazione delle camere, ma io non ho avvertito lo stesso problema. Ho trovato la pulizia della stanza molto buona e la comodità del letto eccezionale. Migliorabili i cuscini che sostengono poco, ma nel complesso ho dormito molto bene. L'acqua in bagno raggiunge temperature molto elevate in poco tempo (probabilmente per garantire acqua calda per tutti). Ovviamente è regolabile anche se occorre attenzione e si rischia di scottarsi. Il sistema della doccia a tasti non è confortevole e il getto un po' scarso. Tuttavia bagno e doccia sono ambienti curati e più che sufficienti per un buon soggiorno.
