However, concerning the objects in your room, we have respected the recommendations issued by ALLSAFE (our programme for Anti Covid measures) because your safety and that of our teams is our priority. Also, we have taken into account your remark concerning animals in the room, it is true that we should bring a plus. We will do what is necessary from now on.
