According to the city's premieres, the Mercure Hotel offers a wide range of innovative technologies designed to enhance the safety and comfort of its guests having integrated all processes from check in to room control and check out by phone or tablet. Mercure Timisoara is beyond any doubt an elegant modern hotel. The stylish design creates a cozy atmosphere especially because the attention to details is breathtaking: colors, materials, furniture, paintings, flowers are all combined in a perfect way. To complement this wonderful design, the technology brings a nice touch of modernity because the rooms are incredibly high tech, everything is digitally controlled using a tablet, touch screens or sensors that are softly lighting the room creating a amazing experience. I highly appreciated the staff who was always highly professional, friendly and ready to help me anytime. The hotel gives you a pleasant feeling when spending time in any place of it (rooms, lobby, restaurant and terrace). Breakfast is great, plenty of options to choose from and everything tastes delicious. I had dinner in the restaurant and it was a great experience as well: staff extremely elegant and friendly, tasty food with excellent presentation, nice music and a pleasant atmosphere.

Generally was ok, but the reception personnel on August 4th was impolite and not at all helpfull, actually they act ( and i guess there was also the hotel manager or other management level present)
