Mieszkam w tym hotelu prawie od dwóch lat. Spędzam w nim ponad 6 miesięcy w roku. Jestem zadowolony i uważam, że relacja jakości do ceny jest akceptowalna. jest kilka obszarów do poprawy jak na przykład stan wyposażenia łazienki. Lekkie wycieki ze słuchawek prysznicowych i kranów w umywalkach. Ostatnio miałem nieprzyjemną sytuację, kierowca hotelowego autobusu nie zatrzymał się przed hotelem. Padał deszcz i wiał wiatr. Czekaliśmy w środku a kierowca chyba uznał, że jeśli nikt nie stoi na zewnątrz, to może się nie zatrzymywać. Problemem było to, że nie dało się do niego zadzwonić i poprosić żeby zawrócił. To było bardzo przykre doświadczenie.

Generalnie dobre odczucie. Niestety bardzo zimno w pokojach. Nawet przy ustawieniu ogrzewania na max było chłodno. Bardzo słabe śniadanie. Jajecznica z proszku.

Jestem bardzo zadowolony jednakże mam kilka uwag. Czasem w pokoju trafia się źle działająca armatura prysznicowa. Problemem jest również niestabilne łącze internetowe. Mniej więcej co 45 min jest przerwa w działaniu na 1 do 2 minut. Jestem członkiem Platinum a jednak poczęstunek powitalny w pokoju jest incydentalny. Nie jest to dramat ale skoro bawimy się w lojalność to bądźmy konsekwentni.

Największą bolączką jest niestabilny internet. Mniej więcej co godzinę wyłącza się na jedną do dwóch minut. Śniadanie jest "niestabilne". Jednego dnia jest wszystko jak trzeba, drugiego dnia oferta jest niepełna. Tak jakby to zależało od tego kto aktualnie jest w pracy. Mimo wszystko oceniam wysoko pracę personelu. Jest bardzo pomocny. W pokojach "dopieszczenia" wymagają łazienki. Czasem haczyk na ręcznik jest urwany, czasem prysznic przecieka. Jestem bardzo zadowolony z moich tygodniowych pobytów w tym hotelu.
