The biggest plus of the hotel is it’s location. It is located right across a big mall MUT with lots of shops and restaurants. The rooms with two double beds had one single very small plastic table that is more like a toy plastic tube; very inefficient and too small to place anything useful. Also the rooms, if you come for a long stay they do not have enough storage. The showers need a shower mat to avoid falling.; since the shower floor is slippery. The breakfast staff are very nice. The pool water in the 18th floor has nice views but the water is very cold and not heated. They also need to replace the towels they tend to be quite worn and rough texture. It is nice that they provide you with a regulable glass bottle with a dispenser in each floor.

Ok but be careful re box breakfast

Nice Hotel, good environmental ethos but was unhappy that they charged atn extra £10 for a box breakfast if you have any early checkout ( ie before breakfast starts) despite the fact you have already paid for breakfast in the room rate.. not nice. .get this sorted its only a box and very mega portion.

Better suited for younger families

We stayed here for one night in July 2025. It took us about 50 minutes by taxi from the airport during rush-hour traffic. However, on the way back to the airport during a quiet period it was only about 20 minutes. It is hard to describe the location of the hotel in relation to Santiago as the city is so vast. The hotel is in a quiet area with mostly residential apartment buildings and some businesses. There are not many shops or restaurants in the immediate area. However, it's only a 20-minute walk along a nice avenue to the busy Cenco Costanera shopping centre where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. The room itself was fine with all the usual amenities. The hotel seemed to attract mostly young families. In the lobby there is a children's play area and a counter that made waffles. The buffet breakfast was very busy with some queues, again due to many families. I was expecting the hotel, being a Pullman, to be more targeted at the business market. For us (three adults) it was somewhat noisy and chaotic.

I totally enjoyed my stay at Hotel Pullman, Vitacura. The hotel is modern and the shared spaces in addition to my room were well maintained. I also really appreciated that kitchen staff made allowances for my gluten free diet. On mornings when requested, they provided me with gluten free bread and there were gluten free options available on the a la carte menu. The staff were very friendly and offered assistance readily when i required it

Generally a very nice hotel. Unfortunately one member of staff Agustin at the bar ruined our experience as he was very rude and also extorted us for baby milk - cost more than a cocktail!
