Attn. Andrea Aguilera, This note is a little overdue. My wife and I stayed 3 nights in your hotel in Las Condes and wanted you to know what a positive experience we had. From the moment we arrived, Matias, Felipe and Barbara were continuously friendly and helpful. They truly went over and above to make our stay enjoyable. They even provided us with a complimentary SIM card upon our arrival. We have done a lot of traveling, but only rarely experienced a team like the one your hotel has! Congratulations!!

This is a good comfortable hotel very well located in Las Condes. We requested three beds (one adult and two adolescents) but the hotel could only provide this by adding 60 USD per night for three nights which was why I only give 4 stars and not 5 stars. We also only had two towels for three people on the first night - unsatisfactory. However, in spite of this we had a comfortable stay at this Novotel and staff were pleasant and helpful.

A good starting point for Santiago

It was fine. A short walk to a big park with a rose garden and lots of activities, great for people watching. The hotel seemed clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet was more than satisfactory. The outdoor pool was small and cold, but it was springtime, not summer. Las Condes neighborhood felt upscale and safe, a bit business like, but we enjoyed walking toward Providencia where we found more restaurants, and neighborhoods to explore along the way.

Why is this hotel ranked so highly? Something artificial with tripadvisor is happening here. Rooms are average and worn down. Organization of the hotel sucks. It's clean. But that's about all I can say that is positive. Pool is cold, service is bad.

Welcoming hostess and nice rooms

The very first person that struck me with her attention at the hotel was Montserrat (the hostess). She was really warm and welcoming and paid attention to every detail when we had breakfast in the morning. She made sure that we had everything we needed. The rooms were also very comfortable and we enjoyed the views from Santiago.
