Outstanding service from Fernanda Hidalgo. She brought me the most delicious poached egg and then put it on avacodo toast. It was fantastic. Way above and beyond.

We had a wonderful stay in a nice, qiet and comfortably large room on the 8th floor. The breakfast was excellent and the service exceptional. Especially Hector offered hospitality beyond expectations.

Would give 3.5stars if I could Pros In a great location opposite mall, near metro and yet also in a quiet street. Newly renovated in a sparse modernistic vibe. You don’t need credit card to pay BUT was given impression I could claim the tax charged as a result which isn’t the case so ended up out of pocket for the 19% tax even though I was obviously a foreigner and paid with a foreign debit card charged in USD. Many channels on TV with majority in Spanish Cons Gym rather small though didn’t use it during peak hour so was okay while in Room service - cleaning was done however two days in a row my bin wasn’t emptied. I received one decaf capsule of coffee at start then was never replenished There is no where to hang any wet clothes which was frustrating It’s not a bad hotel but wasn’t quite what I was expecting and I’m not sure for the price I would stay there again versus other luxury brands…which is surprising as Accor tends to be my default.

We take your constructive comments very seriously, as they reflect service issues that are not up to our standard: 1. Room Service and Cleaning: We sincerely apologize that your trash bin was not emptied two days in a row and that your decaf coffee capsules were not replenished. This is a direct failure in our housekeeping protocol, and we are addressing this immediately with the team to ensure consistent, thorough service. 2. Laundry/Drying: We understand your frustration regarding the lack of a designated area to hang wet clothes. We will explore practical solutions to address this common need for our guests. 3. Gym: Thank you for noting the size of the gym. We are continually evaluating our facilities to maximize their efficiency. We also deeply regret the confusion regarding the 19% tax (IVA). To be eligible for the tax exemption in Chile, foreign guests must pay with a foreign credit card. We apologize if this process was not clearly communicated at check-in, leading to you feeling "out of pocket." We understand your disappointment that the experience did not meet the expectations you typically have for an Accor luxury brand. We truly value your loyalty and are committed to earning your full satisfaction. We hope you will give us another opportunity to provide the flawless experience you deserve.

If you need a hotel in Santiago do not go past this place. I’ve just spent 4 nights here. I had no idea where to stay in Santiago and did lots of research about hotels and safe locations. This hotel is in a superb location, opposite shops and restaurants and surrounded by excellent eating options in every direction. Most importantly, it’s such a safe area and feels like an oasis in the otherwise crazy city. It’s quiet and I heard no noise from outside or adjoining rooms. Staff were all excellent and very helpful with travel tips. I had another hotel booked for my returning 2 days and have cancelled that so I can stay here again. I’d highly recommend it.
