Customer service was excellent from the concierge, breakfast buffet, cleaners and bellhop. Location is convenient for metro access, MUT, Costanera tower The swimming pool was very disappointing as it was unheated and basically unusable.

We understand how this could impact your stay, especially as the weather in Las Condes can sometimes be cooler. Centrally located and easy walk to the sky centre. Nice hotel, with good selection for breakfast. Staff very helpful and responsive. Room was comfortable and adequate. Would have like tea/ coffee making facilities in room, that would have helped

whitsmith Friends getaway - Ulasan TripAdvisor tersertifikasi

Beautiful hotel and extremely friendly staff. The hotel room was huge and the bathroom had a nice shower and tub. Breakfast was included and you can request something to be made if you do not see anything that appeals to you. The hotel is located in a grat area. There is large shopping and eating mall across the street and shopping mall down the steet.

The pullman is in a good location. Walking distance to the tower and skyway over the city. It also has a mall/shopping centre directly across the road with plenty of place to eat. The breakfast was reasonable and had plenty of options. The reception staff were helpful and provided good advice on the hotel. I had lunch in the restaurant and i have to say i think it was the best steak i have had anywhere in the world. So would recommend the truffle butter rib eye

Very convenient location. Clean and comfortable rooms, nice breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff, in particular barman Caleb Palacios, who made yummy Pisco sours. He was very friendly and professional. Would certainly recommend this hotel. This was our second stay.
