The perfect stay at a perfect hotel, Staff all very kind and helpful, comfortable room, nice large shower, good food, room service, never a chance to get bored because the hotel is in a very large and lively shopping center with lots of bars and restaurants, but the room was nice and quiet.

My experience with NOVOTEL was a very good one; the people in charge of front desk, rooms, hallways are all of them very professional, respectful yet friendly. Being located at the TESORO mall gives Novotel a serious advantage; I felt safe always having everything at the same location.
