Great location with amazing cafes at your doorstop. I found the apartment a bit old and dated, and the mattress and the pillow could be a bit better ! No aircon in the main bedroom either. Overall a pleasant stay

A nice hotel right near several Melbourne CBD attractions. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment for just the one night. Everything was fine, clean rooms, beds comfortable. Didn’t have the same refinement in furnishings of other Peppers properties we’ve visited and seemed more akin to a longer stay serviced apartment where you could do some self catering/laundry in the room. The staff were lovely and would return if needed a longer stay solution.

The price was very good and the room was beautiful! The breakfast was delicious too! The atmosphere in the hotel is very good and the dining environment is good. The room has its own sofa and kitchen. The large windows allow you to enjoy the beautiful scenery of Melbourne, and the night view is also beautiful!

Perfect location with awesome services. Very close from Southern cross station only few tram stops. The room was spacious we stay in 2BR apartments and complete with anything that you need. I love the pool view I reckon they have one of the best infinity pool view on Melbourne. The front office manager and staff were very friendly, helpful and deliver a great hospitality experience. We just stay in and had dinner food is great with great selection of wine, really love their 12 month aged prosciutto, truly great experience and will definitely come back again.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment with family and friends! The place was spacious, clean, and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. The pool was a huge hit with the kids, and we all enjoyed the breathtaking city views, especially in the evening. The steam room and sauna were a fantastic bonus, giving us a relaxing spa-like experience. A special touch that made our stay even better was the thoughtful hospitality from the front office staff and the manager they gave chocolates and activity books to our kids, which made them so happy! It was the perfect spot for a fun and memorable getaway. The host was friendly and accommodating, making sure everything was perfect for our stay. Highly recommend for families and groups looking for a great place to relax and enjoy!
