Frühstück war super. Lage war super. Zimmer waren leider nicht so sauber, dafür groß. Die Bettdecke hatte Blutspuren(!) und andere Körperflüssigkeiten und überall waren noch Haare

We had a very pleasant 4-day stay here. Clean apartment (though decor somewhat gloomy) , comfortable bed and roomy bathroom with easy access to onsite car parking. Perfect location - easy walking distance into the City and Gardens and direct access to Southbank, River Cruises & Restautants A big 'shout out' to the front desk staff who were very friendly and most accommodating in meeting our request at a particularly busy time for them & we would like to thank the staff involved - much appreciated. Pool looked great but we didn't use it. Would definitely stay again.

Needs a good clean

Rooms in desperate need of a good clean! Dust everywhere, walls, skirting boards, floors were filthy, windows were disgusting. Beds were terrible and so uncomfortable! There is also no bench space in the bathroom, with a family of 4 this was annoying! We had the corner room, one room was quite small the other one not much bigger. Wouldn’t stay again!

Great location & near the southbank river. Staff were all so friendly & let us check in early after we had a long flight. Rooms were lovely & swimming pool great on the top floor. Breakfast was ok, but could have done with more choice.

GROSS!!! I stayed in a corner two bedroom appartment and a small one bedroom appartment on two different trips during the July 2025 holidays. If I had any other option I would have left and gone elsewhere after the first night! Resturant only does breakfast and its rubbish and way overpriced. Room service is 2 minute noodles and chocolate bars - I'm not even kidding. TV in bedroom only had free to air and not even casting. No underlay on beds! Floor had not been vacumed up to the edges of the cupboards or walls in what looked liked years and the filth behind the bathroom door was disturbing. Mirror doors in bedrooms had old liquid stains all over it. The grout between the tiles was not only filthy but it also had mould in the shower! Dust - old dust - on literally everything. It was hanging from the bathroom fan so low a taller person would have collected it in their hair! The sofa bed was more like a old wire fence and when I very politely asked for more blankets to use as an underlay to try and make the bed softer the response was that "they can't just hand out blankets" - to be fair though, I didn't really want more blankets, as the one they had used to make up the bed with on our first night had very suspicious WHITE STUFF stuck on the blanket - vomit inducing I know!!! 10 points for consistancy as both rooms we stayed in were gross! They have tried to affiliate themselves with the ballet across the road but this place could be further from classy! I wouldn't stay here again if you paid me to!
