Close to the sites of Melbourne and walking distance to the flinders St station. Lots of greenery in this part of Melbourne which was lovely to see. There were a few things that could be improved in the hotel but overall we would stay again. There is even a pool on the 18th floor we didn’t use it though. Our room was a little tired looking in some places and well used cooktop once again we didn’t use it so can’t say of it worked or not. The only complaint and it was personal preference is the pillows were hard and horrible, next time we will bring our own. The staff were very friendly and helpful and nothing was to much trouble. Breakfast was hit & miss and probably wouldn’t have that again on our next visit. But overall nice hotel lovely staff and clean enough.

It wasn’t horrible but wasn’t amazing. I noticed all sorts of little things broken around the place as well as an elevator which was concerning and the hotel room we book also was meant to have a tv, which it did but nothing was working on it “technical issues” reception said which was just disappointing. So I would come back just because it’s easy to get around and it’s clean and nice but there were just mini things very annoying. But I know for next time to bring a laptop to watch something on

The elevator was covered in protective material as items moved in and out of rooms. I believe this is what you're referring to, and given that we let apartments, we also have long-term and permanent residents. Had vouchers so chose this hotel. A good option - 1 bed apartment and had everything we needed for a 4 night stay. We opted for only 1 visit from housekeeping - not too bad but empty body wash, no bathmat, crumbs on the kitchen counter - was a bit average. We were also affected by the Melbourne Marathon meaning we could not get our car out of the hotel until late morning. While there were signs up around the hotel a warning email in the week prior would not have gone astray - we then could have made our plans for the day accordingly. Instructions around this event were hazy to say the least! But on the plus side - bed was exceptionally comfortable, unit was clean, and the location - one block from Southbank - ideal.

A school holiday getaway!

We had an incredible stay, thanks to the wonderful front desk team! A special shoutout to William, the manager—his humour made our experience even more enjoyable. The school holidays with our kids were fantastic, and they absolutely loved the heated pool. Our spacious apartment was not only comfortable but also impeccably cleaned, showing great attention to detail. Every member of the staff we encountered was fantastic and added to our positive experience. Would we come back? Absolutely! We can’t wait for our next visit!
