First and foremost, please accept our sincere apologies that your experience did not meet your expectations, particularly regarding the room location and breakfast. We truly regret that your initial room, located above the reception area and near the restaurant, did not provide the peace and quiet you were seeking. While guest preferences for location can vary, your comfort is always our priority. We are grateful that you acknowledged Jee Gin’s efforts to assist you. I will personally share your kind words with her, as she will be pleased to know her support made a positive difference during your stay. Regarding breakfast, we are genuinely concerned to read your comments. This is certainly not the standard we strive to deliver, especially in a destination renowned for its exceptional cuisine. Beau séjour dans un bel hôtel. Néanmoins, pour ce standing et ce prix, il manque au moins une navette qui dépose au centre de khao lak. En plus la seule navette qui dépose à l'aéroport est deux fois plus cher que les taxis ce n'est pas très commerçant à mon sens.
