Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel et nous le recommandons sans hésitation. L’établissement propose de nombreux services qui contribuent à rendre le séjour particulièrement agréable. Le petit-déjeuner est varié, copieux et de grande qualité, avec un large choix permettant de satisfaire tous les goûts. L’offre Happy Hour est également très appréciable, offrant un moment convivial et relaxant après une journée bien remplie. Un grand merci à l’ensemble du personnel, toujours souriant, disponible et d’une grande gentillesse. Leur professionnalisme et leur attention constante envers les clients font toute la différence. Les chambres sont spacieuses, parfaitement entretenues et d’une propreté irréprochable. Le calme de l’hôtel permet de profiter pleinement de moments de repos dans un environnement paisible. Nous avons également apprécié la possibilité de stationner facilement grâce au parking mis à disposition, ainsi que le service de buggy, pratique et efficace, qui facilite les déplacements au sein de l’établissement. Tous les ingrédients sont réunis pour passer un séjour confortable et serein. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Hôtel à taille humaine, dans un style sobre, élégant et qui s’intègre parfaitement dans le jardin et les bassins, le tout parfaitement entretenu Accueil, bagagiste et conciergerie très efficaces. Tout le personnel est très prévenant et accueillant Petit déjeuner au top. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très bien décorées. L’accès direct à la piscine est un vrai plus que nous avons adoré Juste un bémol beaucoup de placards un peu trop en hauteur, mais cela ne nous a pas beaucoup gêné. Merci pour cette belle parenthèse Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Très beau séjour au Grand Mercure Khao Lak en famille avec notre petite fille de 2 ans. L’hôtel est magnifique, très calme et parfaitement adapté pour se reposer. Les piscines sont superbes, les jardins très bien entretenus et l’accès direct à la plage est un vrai plus. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’ambiance paisible de Bangsak, beaucoup plus relaxante que les zones très touristiques. Le personnel a toujours été souriant, attentionné et professionnel pendant tout le séjour. La chambre était spacieuse, confortable et idéale avec un enfant. Le petit-déjeuner est varié et de bonne qualité. Nous avons aussi apprécié plusieurs plats du restaurant, notamment les spécialités locales et indiennes. L’hôtel est également un excellent point de départ pour découvrir Khao Lak et les environs. Le seul vrai point négatif concerne les transports. L’hôtel étant assez excentré, Grab ne couvre pratiquement pas la zone. Les déplacements deviennent donc rapidement coûteux. Par exemple, un aller-retour jusqu’au marché de Bang Niang nous a coûté environ 800 bahts. Pour rejoindre l’aéroport de Phuket, l’hôtel nous a réservé un taxi à 2400 bahts pour environ 94 km. À titre de comparaison, un autre hôtel en Thaïlande nous avait organisé un transfert de 162 km pour 2500 bahts seulement, 13 jours auparavant. Compte tenu de l’emplacement isolé du resort et de l’absence d’alternative type Grab, il aurait été appréciable que l’hôtel propose des tarifs de transfert plus avantageux ou un partenariat transport pour les clients. Malgré cela, nous repartons avec un très bon souvenir et nous recommandons cet hôtel pour un séjour reposant en famille.

We do recognize that our quiet Bangsak location is part of the appeal for many guests, although it also means that Grab coverage in the area can be limited. To assist guests wishing to explore nearby areas, we offer a shuttle bus to various locations five days a week. Unfortunately due to the increased fuel costs we have seen our local partners increasing their prices for transport, however we expect that this will be amended once the price of fuel reduces.
