Nous avons passé 10 jours à l'hôtel en demi pension et tout s'est merveilleusement bien passé: excellente qualité pour les chambres, les équipements communs et la restauration. L'hotel est parfaitement aménagé en differents espaces offrant calme et detente mais aussi des animations de qualité.

La piscine est trop petite pour la totalité de l’hôtel pas de transtat si nous venons après midi Le déjeuné est bien Les chambres sont belles L’hôtel est situé à 30 min de Khoa lak il faut un moyen de teansport

At the same time, I am sorry to hear the main pool felt too small for the resort and that sun loungers were not available when you arrived in the afternoon. We do have a no reserve policy in place to ensure sun loungers are available fairly for all guests, and if a sun lounger is not genuinely in use our team will remove towels and make it available. I will review this with the team to ensure the policy is followed more consistently. If the main pool area was full, there should also have been sun loungers available on the beach or at the garden pool. Thank you as well for your comment regarding the location being remote and the need for transportation. It is worth noting that many hotel properties in Khao Lak are somewhat more secluded, which is part of the reason guests choose this area rather than Phuket. For guests who would like to explore, we offer a shuttle bus to various locations in the area five days a week at a cost of 150 baht per person return, and our team can also assist with arranging a private taxi at 400 baht per way. De retour pour la troisième fois dans cet hôtel nous avons retrouvé une équipe à l’accueil au top mention particulière à Chris qui pourra transmettre à ses collaborateurs qui ne déméritent pas mais je n’ai pas tous les prénoms et ne voudrais oublier personne. Beau complexe avec des chambres modernes et des installations extérieures très bien entretenues.
