Regarding the spa pricing, I am sorry to hear it felt high. We do feel our pricing is in line with other five star spas in the area, and what we offer is quite different from a local massage or beach massage. Our aim is to provide a truly relaxing experience in a fragrant, clean, and hygienic environment, using handmade eco friendly products. I will also review your feedback with the spa team to ensure the value of the experience is communicated clearly, so guests can choose what best suits their needs.
