It is also very pleasing to know our team were attentive and responsive, and that you enjoyed your time at the spa and in our Green Mango restaurant. Thank you as well for your constructive comments regarding breakfast and the spa pricing. I appreciate your note about the fruit selection at breakfast and I will review this with our culinary team to see how we can provide a better variety. Regarding the spa pricing, I am sorry to hear it felt high. We do feel our pricing is in line with other five star spas in the area, and what we offer is quite different from a local massage or beach massage. Our aim is to provide a truly relaxing experience in a fragrant, clean, and hygienic environment, using handmade eco friendly products. I will also review your feedback with the spa team to ensure the value of the experience is communicated clearly, so guests can choose what best suits their needs. Superbe hôtel situe en retrait de khao Lak avec une plage privée et piscine - beaucoup de restauration (restaurant de plage) de qualité à proximité - petit déjeuner exceptionnel - personnel aux petits soins et témoignant tous les jours de la gentillesse thaïlandaise - les chambres sont grandes avec une literie de qualité. En résumé tout ce que vous pouvez attendre d un hôtel 5* avec un personnel exceptionnel d attention et de gentillesse. Je recommande cet établissement les yeux fermés.
