Nice views from the terrasse and pool area. Friendly staff and well-equipped rooms. The restaurant could be a bit more modern although this is only a minor point.

The staff were without exception charming, helpful and well-informed. Giovanni at reception deserves a special mention. For the wheelchair user this hotel is hard to beat. All inside public spaces are on a level and mostly with hard surfaces. The accessible room was genuinely accessible, the wet room perfect except the basin was a little too low to get legs under. Only the pool, which lacked a lift, could be improved upon. Rwanda is a wonderful country for a holiday and this hotel is a lovely base for a few days safari, whether in a wheelchair or not!

Overall it was good except the Buffet - Dinner. Honestly, I would rate it 1/10 specially for Vegetarians... You need to work on it
