The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The staff were helpful but our meals at dinner on the first night of our stay were close to inedible. So disappointing. Smaller privately owned hotels we stayed in on our holiday in Rwanda have achieved much higher standards in service and quality of food.

Irregardless of being an ALL member I would appreciate better customer service. The staff are very courteous but I believe they could do more for guests as it felt as the bare minimum.
