Dear Valued Guest, Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We are truly disappointed to hear about the issues you experienced during your recent stay at Mantra Towers of Chevron. We sincerely apologize for the water issue in your daughter's bathroom and the resulting injury. That is unacceptable, and we are addressing the blocked pipes issue with urgency. We also apologize for the lack of cutlery, the broken cupboards and drawers, and the cleanliness issues you encountered in your second apartment. This falls far short of our standards, and we are taking immediate steps to rectify these problems. We value your past patronage and are very sorry that this stay did not meet your expectations.
