I loved the property and location was excellent.unfortunately I didn't use the kitchen facilities as they were dirty.food scraps in microwave,mould on benches.dirty floors.mould in shower.lint filter in washing machine looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months.quite disappointing for such a lovely oroperty

The view was amazing, but cleanliness was not.

I will start with the positives, the view was absolutely breathtaking and it was my favourite part of the apartment. It was large and spacious too, a bit dated but that was fine. However, the cleanliness of the apartment was a big let down. I came in to find that my bed sheets had a big makeup mark on it close the pillows, it made me question whether my sheets had been changed. My room was full of dust, covering both lampshades, dust particles hanging from the roof and walls. There was dust/mould completely covering the sprinkler above my bed too. I went to have a shower in my ensuite to find a massive clump of hair left over the drain, it made me feel sick & I showered in my main bathroom. When getting out of the lift, the level smelt like cigarettes/weed.

Had an awesome holiday in their 2 bedroom upper floors which has magnificent views of the ocean and city lights. Location is perfect, close to the Cypress Ave tram station and close to Caville Ave but far enough from the noise. Receptionist Paris was nice and clear with instructions. Both lifts were working when we were there and didn't experience waiting times and that is probably just perfect timing for us even though it was a public holiday weekend. Beds were comfortable and apartment has all we need like dishwasher and laundry. Hotel has indoor and outdoor pools and sauna which my teens enjoyed. We are Accor members and it was nice to have those free water and chocs as welcome tokens when we got to our room. Good that is beachfront as it made it so covenient for us to go back to the room and do first aid when my teen got stung by a bluebottle fish. Overall would happily book again!

The staff where rude and unhelpful Room was to hot no fans and sun standard aircon No toilet paper Only 1 key to get in and out when we asked for another one and they where rude and wouldn’t give us one

Booked a deluxe 2 bedroom and room was nicely renovated. There was a lot of renovations going on which made accessing the hotel when we first got there complicated. There was also only 1 of the 3 lifts working while we were there which often made the wait quite long, I understand that these things happen but after speaking to some of the residents it had been like this for a number of weeks so we should have been notified prior to arriving. Overall the room was nice and the amenities were good so we would book again
