Requested a quiet room- overlooking park if possible but anywhere as long as quiet. First night arrived midnight with room on main road- no other rooms. So tired after driving 9 hours went with glow. Next day moved us to a quieter room??!? Except diagonally across from nightclub. Not quiet. Was out late so didn’t really bother us next 2 nights. Last night (Sunday) before drive home nightclub going off at 10.30. Phoned reception to ask what time noise limits apply. ‘ Oh maybe 11 or 12- not really sure. We could make a noise complaint but that doesn’t work. We have earplugs-( need noise cancelling headphones) so no help what so ever AND finished with ‘ enjoy your night!’ WTF??? Nice position , good value, no breakfast ( plenty of local options) , pillows like fairy floss, no room service, no supplies in bar fridge, small bathroom. Have stayed at Art series on and off ( loved The Blackman) but wouldn’t stay again. Didn’t ask how my stay was- so here it is! Staff friendly but care factor 0.

Great decor etc but a different approach to hotels. Staff are very casual. 9:45pm and we couldn’t get a glass of wine to take back to our room which was incredibly disappointing. Went to the restaurant/bar (Asian). The wait staff (lady) said yes etc then had a conversation with an older Asian man then ran off….no explanation, I was left there waiting. The older Asian gentleman was very rude and said ‘the till is closed’. He wasn’t interested and kept saying the same thing & if I had a problem go and ask reception. There was no one at reception. We went to bed. A disappointing experience.

Firstly a big shout out to Anthony for making our stay very pleasant experience and for his exemplary customer service. The good: Location because it's close to all the amenities and landmarks. The rooms are clean. The bed is super comfortable. Customer service and cleaners are impeccable. And the staff are very friendly. The bad: Depending on where you're staying and situated in the hotel, be warned you may be subjected to drunken people on the streets late at night who are screaming, and loud music coming from the pubs and clubs on commercial road. Other than that it is a very pleasant place to stay. When it comes to prices they're quite reasonable but still leaning a little on the expensive side. We will definitely stay here again.

You can see that the hotel is well cared for by the staff. It is attractive and clean throughout. The room was very modern. All TV channels worked and the internet was strong. Very happy to stay here again in the future.

Nice hotel, clean, modern fittings, good location. I am not sure why like no one has mentioned this but the bathroom is straight up see through so only stay here with someone you don't mind seeing go bathroom/shower. It's close to the clubs which is great for a night out and a short walk home, however if you're not here for that you might not enjoy the weekend doof doof music sounds.
