This is a fabulous property and well situated within Launceston. Magnificent walks around the Tamar River. So close to many excellent restaurants including the sister property of Peppers Silos. Staff are amazing, So ready to help and offer a greeting when you arrive back and all the time smiling. We had a special request for housekeeping that was acted upon immediately and every time we saw the head lady she always asked if there was anything we needed. The suite/appartment was amazing, just so big and a full size refrigerator that allowed for the wine bottles for when we entertained guests. Management also helped us out as we had issues with cancelled flights followed by delayed flights.that resulted in our delayed arrival. I am an Accor member recently renewed as we travel more and now I really know why. Is there any negatives in regard to Peppers Seaport - absolutely none!! Even our local guests remarked how great everything was.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we were made to feel very welcome. The accommodation was comfortable, clean and very well appointed. Amazed at how big it was, wasn’t expecting that. Loved every minute. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved the pre-arrival call to make sure the room was set up to our linking - I really appreciate that. We needed a couch made up and it was ready without having to ask as well as a welcome bottle of wine. Great attention to detail. Like the big signs on the shampoo bottles in the shower. Well done. Also the restaurant next door - MudBar is amazing.

A seamless check in with warm, welcoming and accomodating staff. A super warm welcome. To finish the title… I’ve stayed here before, but.. again, this stay exceeded my expectations. We booked a river view suite. The suite is spacious and upon arrival, super clean and well presented. Not only did room service clean our suite daily, we were pleasantly surprised that they unpacked the dishwasher as an added bonus. We also had a guest stay with us. They made up the sofa bed as beautifully as the main with all smiles and no fuss. We’re grateful to the wonderful staff and especially house keeping for a magnificent stay. The room and stay was perfect. Well done! Thank you, we’ll be back.
