Modern hotel in great location surrounded by a multitude of different restaurants and bars on the waterfront but close enough to the town centre. It was spotlessly clean and had all the facilities you needed except an onsite restaurant for brekkie - although there was a link to one (breakfast was not included and as it happened we had our own supplies - there was crockery, cutlery, milk, tea, coffee in the room as well as a fridge). Only downside - having to pay extra to park your car on site. Good location for your stay - and do visit Cataract Gorge - it was fabulous.

Great location and excellent service. We had a room overlooking the harbour and it was huge - lots of space to store bags and a separate sitting area. It's close to 2 great restaurants and walking distance to the CBD main shopping mall.

My wife and I spent 2 nights at peppers seaport in Launceston . We found the hotel very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful . We had a river view room and the view was beautiful with plenty of restaurants nearby and only a short walk into the city centre . We are going back to Launceston soon will stay a peppers again

Positives - - Well located to access the city easy enough - Friendly staff (especially the cleaners who were all incredibly friendly which was lovely to see) - Welcoming chocolate truffles in the foyer (delicious) Negative - - No acknowledgment of All Accor benefits - City view room provides a view of the car park and that’s about it. Noisy and no privacy in the room. Was required to keep blinds closed at all times. - No restaurants to access All Accor Plus benefits. The room was ok but certainly nothing memorable. Would recommend staying at other establishments in Launceston. Would not stay again.

Belle hotel avec un gros problème !

Nous avons séjourné 1 nuit dans cet hotel, un hotel tres propre, les chambres sont spacieuses, la literie est confortable ainsi que tout le reste. Le problème est survenue le dimanche matin a 7h30 ce qui m’a réveillé. Un bruit de quelqu’un qui frappe avec un balai contre le plafond.... Le bruit était environ toute les 30 secondes, a 9h30 nous sommes sorti déjeuner puis en rentrant du déjeuné nous avons été nous plaindre au près du l’accueil de ce bruit perpétuel et très énervant. Selon la femme de l’accueil ce bruit provient du café situé au rez-de-chaussée de l’hotel, les serveuse frappent le percolateur sur le tiroir a café. Nous n’étions pas les seules a nous plaindre !! Ce bruit est inadmissible et gâche complètement votre séjour mais l’hotel ne peux rien y faire car le bruit résonne dans tout l’hotel et le café ne fait pas parti de l’hotel !!!!! C’est assez incroyable mais vrai !! Hotel a vraiment éviter si vous souhaitez dormir un peu ....
