Very poor disappointing start. Lost over 36 hrs of my holiday due to Peppers mis-Management. Never felt so insignificant nor dismissed by a Hotel before. Dirty rooms. Poor housekeeping. Untrustworthy Management. Never addressed our issues, we had to continually chase for satisfaction. Not worth the monies paid. Friendly lovely poorly trained staff, who never once passed on our concerns to Management. I'd say Peppers Noosa is on the downward slide and doesn't deserve its current ratings.

Servicing of rooms very basic considering cost to stay. Accomodation / venue looking tired. Gym requires workout towels and or sanitiser / wipes to ensure good hygiene. Mary, who greeted us at breakfast was a shining light. Always friendly, warm and welcoming.

From the moment we arrived all the staff were super welcoming and helpful. The room was perfect for what we needed as a couple. We don’t use many of the facilities as we were at the beach or in Hastings St - as the resort is situated perfectly at one end of Hastings St. The hills are something to be mindful of all around Noosa but thankfully the buggy service at Peppers is easy to access.

We throughly enjoy staying at Peppers Noosa, having stayed here a quite a few times now we will definitely be back! special note to our cart driver Kahn, he was energetic and had great conversations with our 9 year old!
