Very close to Hastings street just a 5 minute walk or you can order a buggy ride. The staff so friendly and helpful. The beautiful Villa we stayed in with a gorgeous outlook to Noosa and breath taking sunsets. The onsite restaurant served great meals and night time entertainment with cocktails a must do. We entered a spacious and clean villa and had a wonderful 4 days. Will definitely stay again.

Poor customer service and lack of cleaning

The room smelled mouldy and musty. There was a dirty pair of underpants left behind by the previous occupant that the cleaners neglected to remove. As an ALL Gold status customer i requested a late check-out and was offered 1 hour. It was a Tuesday, following the conclusion of school holidays. I find it hard to believe that the room was to be occupied. The one time we wanted to use the 'buggy service' we were advised it was 'broken' despite there being 3 identical buggies parked in the garage when we walked up the hill. Overall a pretty poor performance and a stay that we won't be repeating.
