Stayed 4 nights - good room. Only advice is to be careful when ordering room service. It’s provided by a third party and reception can’t give you a tax invoice on checkout. You must create an account with the room service provider, but this isn’t stated anywhere

Getaway let down by hotel

Hotel was private in a good position, bed tired and uncomfortable. Restaurant was over priced and ordinary if I didn’t read reviews I would never have known to book my parking. Staff was pleasant will never stay there again. Better locations at comparable price. Mind you enjoyed my time away with my baby. Oh just remembered their tv reception is abominable tv’s old watching the footie , go the Panther on Friday night footie pixelation made an other worldly experience. There are some nice Beckie locations near by found on google hotel food disappointing. That all said had a nice couple of days away, company I kept not hotel to be thanked David

We stayed 6 nights here when we visited Canberra. We were given a lovely room. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was roomy. We had the buffet breakfast each day which we enjoyed. The staff were all great. The location was great for a tourist. We could easily walk into the city and buses to other places left from there.

Greeting at reception was excellent. That was the highlight. Briefly, the following items need attention Room fittings, tired and below standard. Bedhead peeling and degraded. Towel hooks broken. Room consumables not replaced ie bath salts. Breakfast - extremely limited selection. Ran out of some items. The most disappointing aspect was our room downgrade. Our booking was made months in advance through luxury escapes with an upgrade. Nothing was said when we checked in and nothing was offered as compensation until I questioned reception. This is certainly not what I expect from a Peppers property.

Really comfortable, beautiful hotel. Good location.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful. The only thing I was disappointed in was your website states there is room service available and a 24 hour menu from the restaurant which wasn't the case. I arrived late (approx 10.30 pm) due to delays at the airport and was told the kitchen closes at 8.30 pm. There was nowhere to get food or even a coffee which was disappointing. Other than this I enjoyed my stay and would stay again.
