A most enjoyable stay. As the beneficiaries of an upgrade to a very spacious, exceptionally clean and well laid out Apartment we had an amazing view from our balcony over the Marina and across to Townsville. The restaurant food was great and service faultless. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Afternoon (happy hour) drinks overlooking the harbour was a nice offering which complimented the stay experience. Highly recommend your Hotel. We will return!

No where to park to book in. No lift to third floor and no help from staff to take luggage to room. We are in our 80"s! Room (superior) was nice enough but could have been cleaner. Lots of food crumbs in between sofa cushions and a couple of electric fittings just hanging in the wall. No phone in room to contact reception, no compendium, no room service, no luggage stands (had to put our suitcases on floor) no tissues and no clock. Outside steps - all three flights - were not swept for the four days we were there. Day 2 we discovered our "superior" room was not to be serviced for our stay.? Turned light on in the bathroom in the middle of the night to find the sink and counter top alive with wee cockroaches!! Must be why there was a tin of insect spray in the cupboard! The view from the nice balcony was lovely. Good shower and lots of hot water.. Fabulous towels and the soaps and lotions in bathroom were great. A/con worked a treat.

Your booking was made on a discounted limited-service rate, which is explained at the time of booking and in your arrival information. As part of this offering, we do not provide room service, valet parking, or porterage. However, guests are welcome to briefly stop outside Reception to unload luggage, and our team is always happy to assist if needed. We were also sorry to learn of your concerns regarding cleanliness, which were not raised with Reception during your stay. Had we been made aware, we would have addressed them immediately. We also offered an early check-in on arrival as a courtesy. We appreciate your positive comments regarding the view, bathroom amenities, shower pressure, and air conditioning. We also understand that our style of property may not suit all guests, particularly those who prefer full-service facilities such as lift access, porterage, or room service.
