Staff were fantastic and organised early check in and late checkout for us as we required extra time to prep for surgery. They called and let us know that our room was ready to check in

I stay in the hotel for business purposes. On this occasion my room was clean but very grubby. Everything was very worn. A missing bedside lamp, worn edges on every piece of wooden furniture and fixture and an uncomfortable bed with 2 sparse pillos.

Close to the airport, and for me, close to work. Easy check-in, Accor membership acknowledged and room request fulfilled. An issue with TV not working was quickly resolved, thank you. Room was comfortable and well appointed, and the premises are appropriately tropical and kept very neat. Room service meals were excellent. I'll be back...
