Our room was comfortable and clean with a large bathroom, which suited our needs. Breakfast was a little disappointing as the eggs (sunny side up), had been sitting there for some time. This also happened on our previous visit. A bit disappointed with the meals the previous night. I chose a pasta dish, which for the price, was very small and my wife ordered a chicken schnitzel supposedly chicken breast but ended up being processed chicken.

Room and food were good, the interior was a bit dated - stained carpets. The main gripe was most nights only 1 person working in the bar who had to try to service the bar area while making restaurant orders and taking food orders at the counter as well. Definitely needed 1 extra person there to help out as it was taking up to 45 mins to get a cocktail. Dinner wait was also over an hour to get food each night at the restaurant. Room service was fast and hot.

Terrible service in restaurant

The service in the bar/ restaurant was absolutely appauling. In the afternoon we went to the bar for after work drinks, and it took up to 20mins to be served at the bar. One of the afternoons I ordered a Nutella swirl martini and took 25mins to be made and served to my table. Every night we waited up to 1/2hr to have our order taken, then over an hour (most nights 1hr 20mins) for our meals to come out.
