The only thing I didn't like about the stay was one of the cleaners stared at me in an innapropriate way, when I requested an extra garbage bag. The male cleaner, caucasian with brown hair and brown facial hair in his 20s or 30s, was staring at me as if he had fallen for me. This occured on Sunday the 7th of June outside my room in between 12:00 and 1:00pm. I didn't catch on at the time so I failed to put him in his place, though the more I thought about it the more irritated, anxious and uncomfortable I became, that interfered with my ability to relax further and be at peace.

Friendly staff great breakfast room tidy but did have an ant problem and room could of had a microwave

For your information some of our rooms do have microwaves so if this is important please book one of our Deluxe King rooms as they have a microwave. I will share your positive comments with our team. This is the only Mercure/accor hotel I know that has rooms upstairs with no lift access. Rooms and pathways dates and well used. However good location

Did you inform our staff that you did not like stairs and being a long way from Reception as we would have certainly changed rooms for you immediately.
