We had a quick overnight stay to be near the airport for an early a.m. flight out. The room was clean, but could use an upgrade. It had everything we required, however. The restaurant and grounds are beautiful. A big shout out to your front desk gal. She was so friendly, helpful and pleasant and took care of all or check in needs even helping with carrying luggage to the room, as my husband has some disabilities. Thank you !!

Only spent 1 night at the Mercure, check in was quick and easy. The room was ok; it's an older hotel which has been updated but the underpinnings are still old. The main bin in the room hadn't been emptied from the previous guest (which was disappointing), and the shower wasn't looking the best (room 114). Because the rooms face out onto a walkway or path then you can hear people walking past and their conversations. Food at the restaurant was good but due to a mix up in the kitchen then I didn't get my starter for 40 minutes, they did compensate me with a couple of free drinks and discount on the food. Staff were very apologetic.
