Upgrade was great but not practical

The room was clean, and lovely. However I had ordered a queen room with an extra bed in the event one of our party wanted a bed to stay in. I was upgraded to a lovely king room with 1 bed only. I also had to carry my luggage upstairs which was a bit heavy and required a few trips. I ended up being separated from the rest of my party. I loved I was upgraded but it was practical as there were 5 rooms booked from our party and I was separated from the others.

Very average. Bathroom quality is very low with weird shelf stopping me from standing undershower. Room quality highly variable for same price.
