My stay was okay although my room was fairly dark, and I had to keep the lights on when in the room. The Celsius beef burger meal I ordered on the evening of 5th December was disappointing. The beef patty had no seasoning and was very hard and dry. In terms of cleanliness, I saw a cockroach in my room on the night of 6th and suspect it came in from the outside. The patio area where my room was situated could do with a scrub and clearing of dry leaves. The staff at the reception desk and in the dining area were friendly.

Hotel was lovely with beautiful facilities and very friendly staff. My room was nice enough, however badly needed a deep clean and some maintenance.
