The service was really good every one was really nice. Nice room, really pretty scenery. Loved the restaurant service and food. The only thing I would fault is that none of the lights in the room worked. Which makes it hard if you want to get ready for a night out or need to use the bathroom.

Regarding the lights we do a have system that can bus confusing as we have master switches at the door and the bedside. Our staff would have been able to assist you in this regard but not sure you reached out to them. I will share your comments with our team. Not been able to use your Accor membership and still having to pay the 15% surcharge for the long weekend was a little disappointing. Also the pool only having one ladder at the end near the spa made it a little tricky walking back to the other end where the chairs where to get your towels after having to walk through the deck area.

In regards to the Accor discount it is clearly stated as one of the conditions of the membership, which for all other days of the year are very generous. Due to the weekend rates we have to pay there is no option but the add a surcharge otherwise we would lose money. We understand your disappointment but as a business we have no other option. We did have two ladders but one broke about a week ago and we are currently sourcing another one so again apologise for this. We trust you enjoyed the other parts of your stay with us. If I was the chef here I would be looking for a new meat supplier pronto, the rib eye was tougher than my left gum boot and the sausage on the breakfast buffet tasted like sawdust.
