the TV is a nightmare as it doesn't let you cast or watch netflix, the light in the bathroom is terrible for make up, water goes all over the floor and almost out the door and there is no long mirror. on a positive the staff are great and the food is really good.

Katherine at check in was delightful. She was obviously under a lot of pressure with a lot going on, but friendly and courteous. Also, restaurant staff were the same on the Friday night. Busy night, appeared under staffed, but the meal and service was great.

We arrived and the sheets were not changed on the bed, and the bins were not emptied (cigarette packets in the bin in the bathroom). So we believe that the room was not cleaned properly before arrival. The room itself for what was charged (we understand that it is surge pricing) the value was not there. We probably would not recommend this as a hotel to stay at.

Amazing, I got to spend time with my family and relax in paradise. The bed was comfy and the swimming pools were fun to follow my son around. Under the bridge waterways with palm trees around us makes it hard to believe it's smack bang in the middle of town. I've had friends get married here and they're all still happily married. There's a good spirit here and I wish I had enough cans to have the finances given to me so I could stay another night again. I wish for more nights to stay here and explore more, play tennis and relax with family and friends. Thank you

I had to book in at the last minute due to late cancellation of a previous booking at another location. I had a late check in and the reception staff were lovely to deal with. The room had required amenities and was comfortable. For a 4 star resort, I was a bit disappointed with the age and state of certain features in the room. Our kettle had a lot of brown discolouration inside and I didn't want to use it for in room hot beverages. The bathroom, although clean, is very dated, with chipped door, brown water stains around the tile edges, oxidised drain and visible cracks in the basin enamel, under the glazing. Aside from this, I found the grounds to be neat, spacious and well maintained. The pool area is lovely for guests of all ages, the bar and cafe served delicious food and beverages and the staff were all friendly and helpful.

Hi Colin, facilities are not just dated but run down, I though the room door would come of the hinges. To be fair the flaking paint on the room door did lower my expectation for what the room would be like which probably helped given how it was. Team were great, seemd engaged and were trying their best.
