We booked and paid for a Superior room advertised as over looking the lake or pool. We were given a room by the main walk way to all the units on the ground floor with noise of people walking past with no views at all.

The team provided a complimentary upgrade to one of premium rooms which unfortunately does not have a view of the pool. Apologies for that error, I will speak to the team to ensure they are reading notes and requests at all times. We stayed in the bungalow and had a lovely view of the lake.

Airconditioner was very hot in our room. Only one spare pillow in our cupboard. And only one coat-hanger. Need more supplies or even a jug so we can fill with water for out fridge.

There was no kettle in my room, and after eye surgery I could not see very well and could not work out how to call reception! In the end I phoned remotely on my mobile phone. Then to my disappointment there was only enough milk for 1.5 coffees and I could not be bothered calling again. I think for the $$ it cost me I was pretty disappointed
