Dear Colin, We very much appreciate your comments regarding your stay at the Peppers Beacon Queenstown. It is always a pleasure to receive positive feedback about our staff and beautiful location. We apologize sincerely that the hotel was not up to your standard. As a 4 Star Peppers we always are striving to get closer to the 5 Star mark. We do apologize for the sounds from the lifts and how we fell short in the breakfast. We will be addressing this accordingly.
