Over priced, under delivered

Disappointed for $1000 a night, there was a terrible smell, old tatty furniture, stained curtains, carpet pulled and tatty, dirty unit, common areas need refresh and paint/clean, artwork framing chipped. No smart TV, seems crazy in todays world, will not be rushing back.

Great location, wonderful views, still being renovated.

We read previous reviews as we drove to Queenstown and were worried about what we would find but were pleasantly surprised on arrival. The front was covered in scaffolding (due for removal next week) but location was amazing with easy access to the town centre. Reception was welcoming, the underground car park had spaces and the apartment was impressive. We were pleased to be given a 50% discount on the normal parking rate of $30, possibly because of the building work. The whole place is a work in progress, some parts good, others still tatty. Our terrace had amazing views and was large but needed a new decking and furniture. Our apartment had aircon in the main room, sky tv and a working gas log fire! Unfortunately no aircon in bedrooms. Kitchen was modern and well equipped, dishwasher and washing machine. There were broken bulbs and a missing blackout blind but these were fixed as soon as reported. An ice machine and guest laundry are in the basement.

A great hotel in a fabulous location.

A great, clean hotel in a fantastic location. Views were amazing and within walking distance to restaurants and experiences. Staff were a pleasure to deal with and so helpful.

Superb view, close to town and that is the end of the good stuff. Tired, worn, poorly maintained, furniture battered, weeds on the paving, smelly. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

This was meant to be out high light hotel of our trip to NZ

Unfortunately peppers has lost its PEP and is tired and in need of love and attention. Even a good clean would help. Very disappointing
