Perfect place for Rest and relaxation. Got the 2 Bedroom with access to serenity pool. I love the pool area too, which has a bar. Great place for family. Staff were all friendly. Jo the Front Office Manager checked me in and made me feel welcome upon arriving. Highly recommend to spend your holidays here

The amenities are good. It rained the whole time we were there and the beach pool was a little dirty. The other pool at the front was lovely. We thought we had booked a hotel apartment but ended up being a private apartment which was fine but some confusion about this meant we waited a long time to try and fix it. Wasn’t their fault or ours but last time I book through a travel agent 🤨 The restaurants are good and ALL the staff have been lovely.

Ate a light dinner in the in-house restaurant. Excellent food and even better service. One would have to go a very long way to find better. The ambience is excellent, outdoor facing within steps of the marvellous Palm Cove beach. Cool breezes and peace.

The resort was clean , relaxing and nothing was a problem for the amazing staff. Special shout outs to Daniel and Shannon at La Mesa, and to Anna and Coni at the Day Spa the massages and experience was the highlight of our stay and is highly recommended by myself and my wife.

Every thing you would expect from Peppers, awesome experience. Lagoon pool and swim up bar! Rooms are quality, (we stayed in a refurbished room). Restaurant is quality, especially buffet breakfast. Staff are friendly and helpful. Gym and tennis court is a nice addition.
