The resort was clean , relaxing and nothing was a problem for the amazing staff. Special shout outs to Daniel and Shannon at La Mesa, and to Anna and Coni at the Day Spa the massages and experience was the highlight of our stay and is highly recommended by myself and my wife.

Every thing you would expect from Peppers, awesome experience. Lagoon pool and swim up bar! Rooms are quality, (we stayed in a refurbished room). Restaurant is quality, especially buffet breakfast. Staff are friendly and helpful. Gym and tennis court is a nice addition.

We had an incredible experience at peppers palm cove. We loved the modernness of the facilities. The pool bar prices were reasonable with a great variety. The pool was so lovely to hang out every day. The buffet breakfast was also great for $28. We stayed for a short 3 nights here for our honeymoon and would 100% come back again. Trent and Daniel were really helpful from reception!

All workers there were so kind and helpful. This includes the front desk people, cleaners and breakfast people. So helpful, I got my bag taken up to the room. Exact room that I requested. The serenity pool was divine and so needed in comparison to the other pools (where mostly children and families were). Awesome that it had a gym and tennis courts! Such a great location right in the middle of all the restaurants and shops. Had a really awesome and relaxing stay here, will definitely be coming back!!

Location was great. Room was clean, restaurant had great food choices for breakfast, friendly staff. The bed had a prominent ridge in center that felt like a bar. Bathroom lighting was dim, the shower leaked into the bathroom, bathroom had little space for items. The room was very bright during the night due to the street and building lighting. Spa never used because it wasn't private in location. Overall, resort was fine just didn't exceed.
