Check in experience great. Beds were really comfortable. Great to have a shower & lovely breakfast before heading to the airport for our flight to the Whitsundays. Mantra Tullamarine is so close to the airport with free pick up on arrival and return

Reception: Friendly and detailed, but forgot to mention breakfast was included. Room / facilities: Our Room was on a high floor overlooking the rear carpark roof, making the room extremely quiet and peaceful. The room was clean and spacious. The window built up a-lot of moisture inside due to the cold outside and warmth inside. Semi- Self control air conditioning with a window that open. Heating and cooling is controlled centrally, and you only control the fan speed. The room has a very comfortable king bed, with not so comfortable fluffy and thon pillows, lots of space, mini fridge, coffee maker, tea and coffee jug, safe, hanging area, spacious bathroom, with a strange shower rose that only sprayed water toward the shower wall, meaning you had to awkwardly stand against the wall of the cubical to have an shower, water also spilled onto the floor outside the shower making the floor extremely slippery. During check in, we requested a late check out but this was not recorded on the hotel system by the checkin staff. Parking: is available at an additional cost. There is also residential street parking, free of charge. Wifi: Complementary and good speed. Validation required. Breakfast: Available in our package, but we were not advised of this at our 12.30 am checkin, nor was this noticed as part of our room package when we booked. Conclusion: Great airport hotel located 5km from Melbourne Tullamarine airport, which provides a 24 hour shuttle service to and from the airport Letdowns: Shower recess and shower head spirts water toward the cubical wall only. Location / Nearby: Nothing, except residents. Getting to hotel: If arriving by car, best use GPS. If arriving into Melbourne Tullamarine airport, contact the hotel to arrange the shuttle service.

Great Hotel if you want to stay near the Airport

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the staff were absolutely lovely. The bathroom was large, clean and lovely, but the only small downside was the shower had a fixed head that sprayed fairly sparsely which was not ideal. You had to move around to get wet! :) The other small downside is that the TV is only free to air and you cannot connect your device to watch Kayo or Netflix etc. We dined in the restaurant both nights of our stay and also had breakfast. The food was great and everything was fresh and plentiful. There is a courtesy bus that runs pretty much continuously from the hotel to the airport, so there is no waiting - it is a fantastic service. We received a lovely and generous amenity for gold status as well as a welcome drink! I really cannot fault this hotel if you are looking for a stay close to the airport. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel - it has a great vibe and a lot of this is due to the lovely staff with their friendly, helpful attitudes.

Great airport hotel

This hotel is inviting and convenient to Tullamarine Airport, especially with the free pick-up and delivery back. The food in the restaurant is good and the place is pristine. It's everything you want in an airport hotel and as a bonus it's part of the Accor group which is our preference.

Depois de já ter passado alguns dias em Melbourne, viajei à Tasmânia e voltei, apenas para dormir e, no dia seguinte, tomar um carro e dirigir até Adelaide. O Mantra Tullamarine foi o hotel perfeito para isso. Está convenientemente localizado bem próximo (4km) do Aeroporto de Melbourne, para onde oferece um shuttle de cortesia (além de uma recepção 24 horas) e a 20 minutos do centro financeiro e comercial da cidade. Os muitos quartos são confortáveis, todos não fumantes, e o banheiro é bem funcional; tudo sem problemas de espaço. E o custo é bastante razoável.
