This was an interesting place to stay. The hotel room was a bit small but well appointed and bathroom excellent. The staffing for an Accor Hotel was light on but they were pleasant and helpful.

Great experience. I'll come back when in Brisbane!

Great accommodation, kindness of the staff, close to the city centre and the station, cleanliness of premises and room. I recommend it.

Please don't stay here. I was prepared for the tiny room commented on by other guests but I was not prepared for the poor housekeeping. Blood on the sheets, hairs in the bed & rotting fruit in the cupboard. Showers that leaked water & curtains that didn't close. The hallways have a mouldy musty smell. Not what you expect of a 4 star hotel nor one that is included in the Accor chain. I have stayed in many older hotels but never one with such poor housekeeping standards. Not what it's advertised as

Room small. Need to move chair away from desk to access the bed. Laptop unable to connect to wifi. Poor water pressure to shower and could do with mould removal. Cafe okay for coffee, but the only food onsite is prepackaged options.

Give you an experience of a lifetime… NOT !

I just don't get it ..... 2 boulder pillows each … A bed where I had to fold a blanket over x4 to sleep on due to being so hard. The broken curtain track meant every time you turned in bed, the exterior street light on the wall outside your window, shone brightly on your face. The shower water was barely lukewarm so we had to re-dress and use aircon in a stuffy room to warm up after our touring about Brisbane. It did get hot, much later on… The grand final’e.... Two yellow flashing fire alarm lights over your bed, no on-site parking and lovely crunchy blobs of dried sugar sachets -previously wet to put in your tea… and don’t even think of mentioning the word carpet. What more could you need ?
