When you are checking in and out, staff could be more friendlier which reflects on your stay. Check in you have to pay car parking straight away. $20 each night. Security fee of $200. I would have like the Receptionist on checking in to give a run down of the hotel facilities eg: tram (50 cents daily)straight outside the back gate, as we only notice it by chance on the last day, it would have save time/money on car parking. Tram stop surfers paradise north. Location of the pool, restaurant, due to our first visit here. There is a O pets policy , unfortunately during one of our elevator trips there was a lady with a dog on a lead that was in our elevator. Grandson enjoyed all of the pool facilities. Closed to the beach walking. A big thank you to the restaurant waiter who on Anzac Day morning organised our egg and bacon rolls after when we arrived back from the RSL dawn service at Currumbin. The three bedroom apartment was clean, lovely and spacious, great views, but beach side view there is building construction going on with cranes. We couldn’t get the internet working. No daily housekeeping service.

With regard to housekeeping and towels: guests in our self-contained apartments, which include laundry facilities, do not receive daily towel replenishment. However, fresh towels can be collected from reception for a small fee, and a full room refresh is available upon request at an additional cost. We understand this may differ from traditional hotel setups and thank you for highlighting the need for clearer communication around this. Please note that while the hotel does not allow pets, there are permanent residents/owners in the building who may have them. We apologise for any confusion caused during your stay. Additionally, car park payments can be made either at check-in or upon check-out, we regret this wasn’t made clearer to you. We also take on board your comments about providing better information at check-in regarding our facilities, such as the nearby tram stop and pool location. We chose Sun City because of the big lagoon pool and slides because we wanted a pool our three kids could fully enjoy without bothering other guests - this really narrowed our choice down to older properties in Surfers. We made the right choice. The kids loved the pool and slides, and I wish we had discovered the other heated pools at the back earlier because I loved those myself and so did the kids! The slides are quite full-on, but there is a lifeguard present whenever the slides are open. As we suspected, the apartments themselves are tired and with lots of wear. There were dents and scrapes and patches that needed repainting. The toilet had a serious leak and so did the bath. The rangehood above the stove didn't work at all. The cupboard hinges creak. Appliances are hanging to life by a thread. But we did make a compromise in our choice and value for money was good. Staff were responsive and helpful, although our booking process involved frustration and slow communication from Mantra. We had a 16th floor ocean view apartment; it was an obstructed sea view but that is normal for any property that isn't right on the Esplanade. The tram stop right outside the gate was super convenient. Beds were very comfortable and the air con very effective. Nice big TV. Wifi a little slow. Overall we loved our time here and would happily book again. We already miss our poolside times as a family and it would be a nice dream to think we can be there again one day. Booking direct as an Accor member can save 5% and give you free wifi.

Good and family oriented hotel, away from noisy crowds. Beautiful lagoons with salt water, pools with water slides and sauna. Rooms dated but spacious. Very helpful and friendly staff, especially Fietcher who was extremely hard working, nice and helpful.

地點在Surfer paradise的邊緣，從最主要的Cavil Ave走到旅館有大約需要15分鐘，兩站輕軌站的距離，但是旅館的後門就是輕軌站，累了不想走也可以搭輕軌。房間很大，風景很好，工作人員友善，每天的早餐樣式都一樣，味道中等，如果下次再入住，我應該不會選擇添加這個選項。整體的氣氛很好，划水道也很有趣，但泳池的磁磚很鋒利，我老公的手被刮到傷口有點深，所以流了很多血，救生員有過來緊急止血，這方面可能要注意一下。

je koopt iets en een dag er na weg,doe een een klacht bij de receptie. niets doen ze ,ja vijftig dollar .dus een bekenning van diefstal.nou een advocaat in holland zou 10.000 dollar eisen voor erkenning
