We stayed for 1 night on a Saturday whilst enjoying a weekend in Port Douglas. The hotel, grounds and pool area are beautiful. We had a 2 bedroom apartment, which was very spacious and clean. The swim up bar was great, happy hour is 4-5pm! Great location, a 20 minute walk into town, would definitely stay again!

Great pool

Our stay was ok, we loved the pools. Great for kids although it was mostly older ones there. The pool swim up bar was quite disappointing, the cocktails weren't great, probably needed another staff member at times and the small bar menu was average and they cook it all in a deep fryer right where you sit. The smell wasn't great even from across the pool. All the hallways are dripping with water. Mould in the rooms. I know it's the climate but still didn't make it feel clean. Loved the refillable glass water bottles available. Good location

Regarding our Lagoon Pool Bar, we are so sorry to hear that this didn't hit the mark for you. We normally receive great feedback about the service and the beverages created there. Unfortunately, we are limited in our offering available to guests as we physically do not the infrastructure available to prepare extensive meals. We think our offering is robust for a Pool environment however we recognise and acknowledge that it wasn't for you. Regarding you comment about the hallways dripping, this is caused by our region experiencing high dewpoints at night coupled with high humidity. As a result, this unfortunately causes increased condensation in some of our corridors. Unfortunately, we have no real way to remedy this until the season changes and humidity reduces. Part of living in a Wet Tropics environment. Our team is continually doing their best to reduce the impacts of this weather event to our valued guests like you. Glad you liked our Purezza water dispenser machine and is something small that we can do to help reduce our single use plastic waste footprint. Should you allow us an opportunity to make amends rest assured we will do all we can to look after you should you decide to return again in the future. very good high quality resort

From the very first contact to the last when checking out we found that all the staff were great and very helpful. The resort was clean and of a high standard and looked good. The resort was well laid out with easy access to pools and other facilities. We would definitely stay there again if going to Port Douglas.

Was fit for purpose but the room was a bit basic. Breakfast was ok but not fantastic. No hot selection.

The apartment we stayed in felt a bit tired and uninviting and the patio doors looked a bit dirty. The patio furniture was wooden and well worn. The bathroom did not feel clean. The bedroom drawers in the wardrobe had mould spots on them so I did not feel comfortable putting my clothes in them or the wardrobe. Charging for the use of the safe seemed a bit extortionate. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. Good location.

Hotel todo reformado, áreas espaçosas, uma boa piscina com bar, quadra de tênis e mesa de sinuca. O quarto (ficamos em um apartamento com 2 quartos) é bem grande com área de estar e sacada amplos e banheiro com hidromassagem. Sugestão: procure quartos no térreo que tem saída direta para a piscina.
