Uplifting feel of the room and view from the balcony

The room had a nice feel to it, air-conditioned and with soft jazz playing. The balcony overlooking Grant Street with a view up to the main street gave us a real lift. Everything functioned well. The bathroom made me feel short, but maybe that's just me! The poofy pillows were a bit impossible, so I used one of the smaller decorative cushions to sleep on, though I should have used one of the pillows to stuff the gap between the mattress and the bed head. The location was great, and the cafe strip on Grant Street is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. And there is THE BEST bookshop down on the opposite corner of Warner Street. I chose this hotel for the Roman ruin pool, and it was awesome! The hotel provides undercover parking, which was appreciated with an imminent storm warning.

Great location. , cafe ,dinner breakfast . Stroll down Macrossan street toward the beach find Surfies on the beach enjoy a swim at the right time of the year .. Plenty of places to eat ,Mexico,Rattle and Hum .Down the other end of town Tin Shed ,you may catch the prawn trawler and great fresh prawns to feast on.

Excellent position to town Belongs to Accor group of hotels Walk around the corner to cafes etc Our 2 by 2 apartment was excellent very clean and well equipped Didn’t like the parking much under the building you need to make sure of the vehicle height

really nice and clean as well as being conveniently located in the heart of town. restaurants all nearby so convenient.

great location, ammenities and check in after hours was perfect and easy. Room was clean, staff were very helpful and ill no doubt stay again. close to everything in the hearty of town. highly reccommend.

Pra quem vai a Port Douglas pra aproveitar ao máximo a beleza natural da região, o Mantra in The Village é a melhor opção. Quarto super espaçoso, banheiro excelente, piscina pequeninha, mas gostosa pra tirar o sal do corpo. O hotel faz tudo pra vc se sentir à vontade. Ninguém te importuna com serviço de quarto, o que torna o preço mais barato - o melhor que achei na região. Atendimento simples na portaria, sem frescura, sem excesso de regras. E a localização é ótima. Vc vai a pé a supermercado, restaurantes e lojinhas. Mas se vc quer um hotel pra descansar na piscina, nos jardins, esqueça. Aí prepare-se pra gastar muito em um dos resorts. Experimentei depois o Mantra Hervey Bar, perto de Brisbane, que tb foi ótimo. Deu pra ver a unidade da rede. Gostei muito. Leve shampoo, creme, sabonete e essas coisas que são reabastecidas prlos hotéis mais convencionais. Se vc fica menos de 8 dias, não terá troca desses itens. Mas, sinceramente, essas amenities nem fazem diferença para mim. Recomendo!
