Great location & friendly helpful staff - but?

The hotel is in great location & the staff were helpful, friendly & efficient, secure parking was good & easily accessible. But overall the hotel is pretty old and in need of a makeover. Our room while clean & tidy needed some maintenance. We were really put off by all the warnings about setting off the fire alarms when cooking or showering?

Excellent location with Marina views. Very spacious and comfortable apartment. Well supplied in amenities. Helpful staff. Convenient facilities. Clean. Lots of good restaurants downstairs. Easy access to whale cruises in the same Marina.

Dated with poor facilities and pokey rooms

Very disappointed with the room. The balcony was tiny, the view technically did overlook part of the harbour but actually overlooked more of the roofs of the neighbouring mall. There was nowhere to sit apart from at a worn out table with a single chair or to sit on the bed. There was no privacy in the bathroom which overlooked the sleeping area with a big glass window covered by a not very well fitted blind. The hotel had no bar but drinks appeared to be available at reception. There was no restaurant. The pool area was a lot smaller than the photos portrayed.

Hervey bay é uma cidade pacata e tudo por la é bem simples. Comparando com os outros hoteis da cidade, esse é um fos melhores. Os quartos sai simples, mas confortaveis. O melhor é a vista para a piscina e para a baía

A vista do lugar é incrível... como toda a cidade. Estivemos em Hervey Bay como ponto de partida para Fraser Island e a hospedagem não poderia ter sido melhor... Recomendo. A piscina tem o tamanho ideal e o café da manhã é muito bom!
