We are sorry to learn that our location and the condition of the facilities did not meet your expectations, particularly considering the peak-season rates. Please note that the property is currently undergoing a refurbishment program aimed at improving our facilities and guest experience. 2박 숙박비가 300달러였는데 보증금 200달러가 너무 부담스럽습니다. 한국호텔에는 보증금 문화가 없습니다. 보증금에 관련해서 그 어떠한 공지도 아고다에 되어있지 않았습니다. 호주에서 11박을 했는데 다른 호텔들은 보증금을 받지 않았습니다. 리셉션 데스크에서 2에서 10 영업일이면 보증금이 환불 된다고 했는데 아직도 되지 않았습니다. 빠른 처리 부탁드립니다.

I will share your comments with our team. Firstly, thank you for reaching out to us regarding your security deposit. A pre-authorisation is a type of transaction method that requires a physical credit or debit card to complete, as it is not a true transaction. When it is processed, the elected amount goes into a “pending” or “holding” status, which you can see in your Transaction History or Account Statement. Dependent on the bank that you are with, the transaction may sometimes look like a standard deduction from the account. You will not have access to the $200, and your overall monetary value may drop by $200, however please be assured that this is simply how the pre-authorization process works. In terms of our Security Deposit Policy, we are required to hold onto the frozen funds for two (2) days after your check-out date so as to potentially pay off any unsettled amounts owing or process any cleaning/repair fees for the room. Post which release the funds in 48 hrs. Please be advised that un-freezing the funds can take up to 15 to 30 business days depend on the bank you are with if it is an international bank. There is nothing you need to do to complete the process; simply look at your Transaction History for the day you arrived at property, The transaction will disappear after bank release the fund. Also we would like to advise you to check with your bank for the fund release. Sincerely,

위치는 좋음 그러나 너무 노후됐음

호텔의 위치는 좋았습니다. 그런데 시설들이 너무 낡았고 깨끗하지 않았습니다. 머무를때 너무 찝찝하여 그 어떤것도 하기가 불편했습니다. 심지어 냉장고는 주황색때가 껴있고 냄새도 심해서 물조차 넣을수 없었습니다.
