환기가 잘 되지 않아 냄새가 나고, 배수가 되지 않아 세면대에 물이 빠지기까지 오래 기다려야했습니다.

세탁실이 있어서 편리했습니다만, 건조기의 필터에는 먼지 제거가 필요해 보입니다. 주차장이 쾌적하고 울워스와 붙어 있는 것이 큰 장점입니다. 주차장으로 가는 길을 더 분명히 표시해 주세요

리셉션, 하우스키핑 직원들의 응대 방식, 요구사항 처리 만족도가 최악임 레스토랑 직원은 만족도가 상대적으로 높음 시설의 노후화가 심각 (세면대에는 수건걸이 조차 없음) 룸 내부 조도가 너무 낮음 룸 클린을 요청하였으나 진행되지 않음 룸에 슬리퍼 미배치 및 리셉션에 요청하였으나 직원에 따라 안내가 바뀜 (유선상 개당 $2 요구, 리셉션 방문시 호텔에 비치된 슬리퍼가 없으며 2주후에나 주문 예정) 서퍼파라다니스 바로 앞에 위치하여 해변 접근성이 매우 뛰어나며, 컨시어지에서 부기보드를 무료로 대여해주는 것이 유일한 장점

위치가 너무 좋고 멀긴하지만 골드코스트의 바다뷰도 미쳤습니다. 기간이 길다면 더 있어서 골드코스트바다에서의 해수욕도 즐기고 싶었지만 하루밖에 안 있어서 아쉬웠어요. 다행히 날씨도 너무 좋을때 가서 행복했습니다.
